It's not often that you have two separate pretzel companies vying for mall supremacy. Unfortunately, there isn't as much fanfare and bloodsport when talking salty baked goods.

The pretzels are a little bit dryer than the competition here at the mall. However, they tend to have a better salt ratio, amd their cheese is a bit better. Though part of me suspects they buy from the same company.

Come to this location for years and got told today by the manager who obviously doesn’t know a thing about her job that they couldn’t do a big size bucket without salt even though I’ve ordered the same thing here multiple times before. If someone was allergic this would be a huge problem. She needs to be fired and she tried to tell me she won’t serve me because I’m telling her she can do it she just doesn’t want to.

Bought some pretzel bites around 11:00 am, and they were pretty hard for the store just opening around 10 am. Will not buy from here again.

i went to auntie anne’s looking for a simple pretzel instead, i got dirty looks, terrible service, and quite frankly unacceptable food. the manager, tasha, was extremely rude and dismissive when i asked how long it would take for them to bake my pretzel. terrible service, terrible food, terrible everything.

my pretzel nuggets were burnt but this is a pretty nice mall! the layout is kind of weird but the stores are really nice. i walked by the nike store and the security guard was on facetime which was weird..

Some ginger looking douchebag working the register refuse to help me redeem my reward couldn't give me any information to contact the manager or rectify the situation.

The guy bagged the trash before helping me and didn't wash his hands. When I asked him to wash his hands, he was rude and refused to wash his hands. You should pay people enough so they can take pride in their jobs, I was sad I couldn't get a pretzel.

Every time we go to the Colorado Mills we stop here. They were fresh and delicious. Staff is always friendly.

The pretzels aren't fresh, over cooked, not tasty. The customer service is OK.

They were alot better before. The pretzels are not fully cooked inside. The lemonades are awesome though.

I arrived to pick up my order through the app, and couldn't. Mall was already locked up before it was supposed to be closed. Called the number listed 3 times and no answer. Guess I'll come back another day for my order, or for a refund. I want a resolution one way or another.
