i went to auntie anne’s looking for a simple pretzel instead, i got dirty looks, terrible service, and quite frankly unacceptable food. the manager, tasha, was extremely rude and dismissive when i asked how long it would take for them to bake my pretzel. terrible service, terrible food, terrible everything.

my pretzel nuggets were burnt but this is a pretty nice mall! the layout is kind of weird but the stores are really nice. i walked by the nike store and the security guard was on facetime which was weird..

Pretzel wasn't fresh like normally. Only had 3 salted pretzels in the display case. Really wanted unsalted pretzel, but none being baked. Did purchase a salted one. Disappointed that most times they can't properly scan my phone to get credit. Yes, I can get credit by manually adding, but forget most times!
