Ordered a Pepsi but received a root beer. Yuck! Thanks. Very impatient with my ordering i dont eat at KFC but once every couple of years. So was taking me a bit to see what I wanted. I won't return to this one next time. Food was okay but not delicious.

The drive thru lights were off at 7 pm. Had to google search the menu because we couldnāt see it. Apparently we took too long to order in an empty drive thru because the employee became very snappy and asked three times if we could order. We ended up having to get a crazy expensive family meal that we didnāt want because we were rushed and couldnāt see the menu. Probably wonāt be back.

DO NOT EAT HERE.. The lady at the drive thru taking the order was great. But that said, avoid this location. I threw up from the ice tea they gave me and was given crispy instead of original. When I called the store they want me to drive back to the store with the food to be able to get a refund. AND I was not given a reception for the transaction. After I threw up!!! Shame on the manager.
They actually messed up our order.But when we called them, they told us to come on in and they would take care of it, and they did it

The person who took, cash and gave me my order was excellent, but the wait time for the little bit of food I ordered was exaggerated. Had to be asked to park and wait, another lady in her car was waiting before us, 20 minutes passed and she decided to go inside, I decided to wait, while another truck parked next to us getting their food delivered not more later than 3 minutes. I had to go inside, the lady was in the counter still waiting, and barely walking in the same guy who helped me was bringing out my food, but after 20-25minutes for 3 piece meal, and a bowl was too much time if you asked, didnāt have to need to go all the way inside and āclaimā my food, so not sure about what was going on, Iāve seen a lot of people walking back in the store probably with a issue with their order while I was waiting outside. My food was good tho.

I came in explaining I wanted all drumsticks on my order but the guy told me I could only do in online but not in person ? So I tried doing it online but it didnāt have a OPTION! I went back inside to see if I can order differently, the black woman manager came in clutch by taking the original order I wanted to place, I appreciate it so much because she was so nice and quick. It made me mad bc the guy wasted my time when he couldāve just asked his manager if he was confused.
