I don’t have any pictures because I ate it all so fast. Everything was absolutely delish. Especially the French toast, absolutely magical and perfect. It’s very hard to find good French toast, but you can find it here. Homemade bread- amazing. One of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had!

Our first time here, nice looking place, good vibe, but to be honest the eggs Benedict was kinda bland. The hollandaise needed to have a bit more kick. The server was the real reason for a 2 star review. While we tipped her nicely still, she had a very dry personality and kept asking are you ready for the bill...um no, we actually would like another bloody Mary. My friend is in the service industry and was very disappointed with this girls approach. Something you would get at a late night Perkins or Dennys not something you would receive for a $80 breakfast for two... maybe we'll give it another shot based on the food but we'll see.

Amazing breakfast! You can tell that the chef is a good one. The flavors were amazing. We had the omelet and SEA Omelet. The salmon was the bomb! Will definitely be back! Oh and great service, super friendly.

I had come in a few minutes before they were closing.
Sierra was so nice and didn’t rush me . I was able to sit and enjoy a sandwich and chatted with her. The food was freshly made and I look forward to coming back and having breakfast..

Contrary to their website, this place does not yet have their liquor license. The food is fine but definitely overpriced for what you get. A couple basic sandwiches and no drinks still cost $50 after tax and tip. If you have kids this place isn't great as they don't have a kids menu for breakfast and their lunch kids menu is insane ($16 kids burger!?). Service was decent food was prompt.

Service was super slow, food was very mediocre and took an hour to come out after it was ordered. The prices are extremely high for what you get. Will not be back here.

Bread and Salt is going to me our new neighborhood go-to!!! The food was fresh and delish, made with local ingredients and the flavor shows it. We loved the homemade bread, palisade peach French toast, and chipotle pork Benedict. We will be back!

Great staff and yummy food. I hope the big flying insect found what it was seeking. It was a tense stand off but I won and was able to eat on the patio.

Expected more from this upscale-feigning breakfast and lunch place, but my fate's omelette was so salty she barely finished it. Mine was fine, but the service was so Rocky Mountain High (or short-staffed) (or the cook just quit and the manager was filling in) breakfast took an hour and 15 minutes. "Relaxed Service" would be a good way to describe it. We were on vacay so it didn't much matter, but we got kinda bored waiting.

We decided to try this new-to-us restaurant this morning, and were very happy with the experience. The service is fast and friendly, but not rushed or at all pushy. The food was delicious. I had a duck confit breakfast, which was everything I could expect of it, while my wife had a mix of sides, which she said was also great. The coffee was also very good, bolder and stronger than a lot of the coffee I get out. My meal included "rustic bread" (very tasty), and there was delicious jam to go with it. We dined inside, but there's also outside dining for those who prefer that.
