Jen, Mike, and Dre have all provided exceptional service every single time we are there. We are always taken care of in a timely manner, the restaurant is always clean and the food is always 10/10. They are the reason we keep coming back!

A server passed out on the floor, this manager takes more than 3 minutes to come out and check. And he doesn't call an ambulance for help, someone else had to. I wouldn't want to work for that guy.

If you want to relive that dark & broody teenage angst era of your life, but also have wings, this place is a solid choice. They blocked most the windows here so we can all eat like bats amd use echo-location to eat our wings.
It was oddly quiet for a lunch rush, though. However, that did mean we got our meals real quick-like and enjoyed some pleasant conversation with no problems. Gerry, the bartender, tried getting us on the lunch special even though we came in at the tail end, to no luck. But kudos to him for trying.
The food was not only quick to come out, but they were extra saucy and hot. All arpund good time.

They have messed up my order the exact same way 3 times in a row and offer zero refund. My only option is to drive 45 minutes back to them to get them remade which I’m obviously not going to do. I also really loved the time they messed up my order before I went to a night shift and i then had no food to eat for a 12 hour shift. Mind you the correct food is printed on the ticket TAPED TO THE BOX. Instead of eating here just take the money you’d spend and light it on fire.

Arrived at 11:19 on a Saturday night 6-11-2022, myself and my girlfriend stood directly in front of.the hostess while she spoke to a guy co worker and completely ignored us for atleast 3 minutes the guy that also worked here looked right at us and they both did not acknowledge us, so.......we proceeded to seat ourselves into the dining room, 5 minutes later the same hostess from the front came and in a very snotty manor told us we could only sit in the bar area. Also there was not one bused table in the ENTIRE RESTAURANT!!!!! We come to this location every other Saturday night and its always a mess, either your employees need to learn to clean or hire a BIGGER STAFF !!! also the main sign on north side of the building is always off like there trying to deter anyone from going there late. If the dining room is always this dirty i hate to see the kitchen.

Nice staff, enjoyed the burger. Only a few fries but when I brought it up to the bartender she came with a side order and a smile. Recommend this location!
Such a mismanaged store. DoorDash orders and delivery orders heavily delayed. Broncos game on and they can’t predict how busy you’d be?! Piss poor management….

Very disappointed the first time I ordered online and probably the last. We had a pickup time for our order but when we went it wasn’t ready for at least another 15 mins. After getting the order we checked it and things were missing so we had to go back in and get them. The food was okay the wings were good the fries were good but the potato wedges were hard. The food was also pretty cold when we only live 5 mins from the restaurant and with the extra wait I would have thought things would have been more fresh. We got the boneless wings those had good flavor and I would say that was the only positive thing about our meal.

Tyson Vs Paul Fight!Busy AF!!!!!!!This spot hit it on point, spot on!They were blasted with a rush of blood hungry boxing enthusiast, and David my server and drink technician did his job times 10 over!Thanks for treating ever person there as unique interactions to make sure that we were all fed,well taken care of; and our thirsts were quenched to the upmost! He should be regional manager.Also Sara the Host made sure I was brought in VIP to accommodate our seats and viewing pleasures!! Good Job Thanks!

Had some difficulty with the app but I really wanted wings for the Tyson fight tonight. James cleared it all up and comped my order.... that gesture earned a customer... used to order from Riverpointe a mile from my house. Not anymore. Thanks James!!
