Such a mismanaged store. DoorDash orders and delivery orders heavily delayed. Broncos game on and they can’t predict how busy you’d be?! Piss poor management….

Very disappointed the first time I ordered online and probably the last. We had a pickup time for our order but when we went it wasn’t ready for at least another 15 mins. After getting the order we checked it and things were missing so we had to go back in and get them. The food was okay the wings were good the fries were good but the potato wedges were hard. The food was also pretty cold when we only live 5 mins from the restaurant and with the extra wait I would have thought things would have been more fresh. We got the boneless wings those had good flavor and I would say that was the only positive thing about our meal.

Tyson Vs Paul Fight!Busy AF!!!!!!!This spot hit it on point, spot on!They were blasted with a rush of blood hungry boxing enthusiast, and David my server and drink technician did his job times 10 over!Thanks for treating ever person there as unique interactions to make sure that we were all fed,well taken care of; and our thirsts were quenched to the upmost! He should be regional manager.Also Sara the Host made sure I was brought in VIP to accommodate our seats and viewing pleasures!! Good Job Thanks!

Had some difficulty with the app but I really wanted wings for the Tyson fight tonight. James cleared it all up and comped my order.... that gesture earned a customer... used to order from Riverpointe a mile from my house. Not anymore. Thanks James!!

The people working are clearly constantly managing a dumpster fire for takeout. You’d think after waiting 43 minutes past pickup time that something would be hot. Nope. Every single thing was cold. I’m so confused.
Ordered tonight on DoorDash. The kitchen felt kind enough to provide the smallest pieces possible. Unfortunate, but I understand the strategy. It's not like I can send them back. Ordered 20 boneless wings, and they were all just so tiny. It was actually pretty comical. When dining in, I'd bet it's an entirely different experience. Probably in your best interest to avoid ordering for delivery.

Recieved just a glaze at the bottom of the container for my southwest sauce, barely covers the bottom of the container. And they were nice enough to open the ranch in the bag for me before I could get to it. I know its busy for the Broncos game and I didn't mind waiting an hour for my food, but you could have at least been nicer with my sauces.
