Service and quality have consistently fallen over the last 5 years. Most recent experience was awful. 40 minutes to get served, wings were cold when they arrived, buffalo RANCH wrap had no ranch and came with fries not chips (I actually prefer the chips) , only about 15 fried pickles- asked for traditional ranch, not spicy but got spicy, and the fries were cold and rubbery. All that plus 2 beers and a wine and it cost $85!!!! Plus the tip it was over $100 for a crappy meal for 3. I won’t cheat a server from his tip because the kitchen failed to deliver- he was clearly working too many tables, too!

Wow, overall experience was awful. This is the second time in three months. You've got to hire better help. We waited at the podium for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. The place was empty on a Friday night. I have a feeling this one won't last long. Sever took our drink order quickly, but then we didn't see her for another 10 minutes. After she took our order, it was at least 30 minutes before our food arrived. We had 3 little kids who were tired and hungry. After dropping off the bill, she disappeared for the rest of the evening. We had to flag down another server to pay our bill. We were there for almost two hours. What a supreme waste of time and money.

One of the employees (large ear piercings) definitely should not be working there. 5+ customers waiting for their food that they ordered over the phone or online, some people waited more than an hour and this employee tells them to go to wingstop down the street or to a different bdubs location while using profanity. As some who regularly orders online on the company website, I will no longer eat or order food at this location

How can it take 2 full hours for a 15 piece bundle order that I called for take out? Keep in mind that I waited 25 mins before coming to the restaurant. 2 and a half hours for a 15 piece is pretty crazy if you ask me.

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. Don’t order this place online on any delivery app or for take out. The canceled my order 4 times and I had to wait over an hour and a half. The absolute worse bdubs in Colorado and probably the worse place to eat. They maybe got 1 chef and his little cousin under the age of 5 cooking back there. I can place an order for wingstop and it’ll done before the food is ready here. DONT COME HERE‼️

I hope to see more of her, and more like her on my future visits.Original: I come to B-Dubs almost every Thursday after work for their BOGO boneless wings deal! Nothing like a drink and some hot wings at the bar for dinner. They're almost always playing some game, recap, or sport for entertainment as well. One of my favorite places to visit that doesn't break the bank.Dietary restrictions: If you get dry-rub wings, there are great low calorie options for the boneless wings. Some sauces are low calorie as well!

The wings are good, but their corporate makes applying deals difficult... like, why do you care so much that I'd rather take my food to go instead of eating in??
Always count your wings before leaving. They're always good wings rarely dry but they will short you 5 or more wings when you order through mobile. You can call to request a refund for the missing wings but they'll tell you a manager will call you back then never will.

This place sucks. Service is super slow took forever to get our food. Menus are disgustingly sticky. Wings we're ok tho. Salad was warm. Drinks were good!!!
