I places a order on their app. Requesting a specific pick up time. My order was 25 minutes late being ready. Granted, it was Super Bowl, but, we've had 50 Super Bowls and this location has been established for 20 + years. So they've have had plenty of time to get their act together. If you can't have a order ready at a particular time, then, don't offer that option.

I ordered a pie of chocolate cake to go and when I went to eat it, cake was totally stale so I called the manager to let her know, All I got was a Im sorry, no voucher or credit for my next visit or anything. Very unprofessional especially since one piece of cake was $6.49.Sadly this is what makes customers NOT want to go back.

Food gets three stars because some of our food was cold and for some reason we all get our food at different times, it's not all at once. So we would get fries with wings, but our fries would show up first then like 15 mins later is the wings and by then the fries are cold.
Messed up our entire order. We love BWW but this location messes up our food everytime and has sent us spoiled food multiple times. Go somewhere else.

I ordered online at 8am for pick up at 3:30pm. Arrived at 3:32 and they told me I had 2 people in front of me and it would be about 5 - 10 minutes. Long story short, I asked multiple times if my order was ready between 3:32 to 4:40. I waited over 1 hour and did not get my order. I had to leave because my wife needed me to get dinner for the kids and I didn't know how much longer it would take.
