Last night was so incredibly frustrating with the lady at the window. I don’t know who was working at 10:30 at the window. A lady who was heavier set as well as Hispanic (has nothing to do with this but I wanna know who it is tbh cause of how rude she was.) to start every time I come here we have a good experience with the older Hispanic lady as well as the young man that that usually works morning shift window. Every time we see this girl at the window we instantly know something is gonna be messed up. Not only did 2 times in a row our 7 dollar trio was messed up (I have a mayo allergy and we tell her every time) and then we get to last night: 10:34. We pull up order our food. I stuttered for a moment and she very rudely went “ma’am I’m listening please hurry” so I said “oh I’m sorry I stuttered a bit” then didn’t tell us the total. I forgot my card so I had to transfer money to my friend. But I didn’t know the price of the food. She waited ten minutes to show up to the window. And then when I started to transfer the money which maybe took about 20 seconds, she tapped her finger on the window and then slammed the window right as I held up my tap to pay. Then didn’t come back for another 5 minutes. And when she finally got back she didn’t speak to me handed me my food and phone and then I asked for 4 ranch and 4 Barbecue and said in a tone “I can only give you 3 of each” uh bull- cause most of your employees if we get that amount of food we got will give it to us so weird but whatever didn’t even care. Finally it happens she goes to slam the window on me AGAIN. And when she does. She forgot my shake. So I had to KNOCK ON THE WINDOW. And ask for my shake. I’ll be coming back but if that girls working. I’m requesting another worker. If she doesn’t want to be in costumer service put her in the back and bring back my lovely window workers that are always kind and loving

Gotta say this place has really stepped up its game!! Always a smile from the sweet lady in the drive thru 😊 and such a great crew in the evenings! Thanks for making dinner when I get home late from work! You guys Rule!!!

I only order food here because my kids love the shakes. Unfortunately it's the only BK near us. The service is abysmal. Even if you order ahead in the app, expect to wait 15-20 minutes for your food to be ready. If the food was actually fresh that would be one thing but the fries are frequently soggy and burgers are luke warm. I miss the BK of the 90s.

Messed up order multiple times. How do you give me a chicken sandwich and not a #5 combo(whopper jr.) as asked not once, but two times. 🤦🏻♂️ I gave up 2nd time and just ate my chicken sandwich in disappearing. Also we tried dining in at 9:30 pm, but they closed the dining room already. Dine room closes at 10pm. Should commit to the time it says dining room is opened. If not just say closed at 9:30pm. We needed to use the bathroom and wash our hands.

For the first time in a long time I go to a Burger King and I get fresh fries and a fresh burger. Customer service was on key. People in the drive-through actually had a smile and were very welcoming. If I could I’d write this Burger King 100 stars.
I had a fantastic dine-in experience at this Burger King! Vicky was super friendly, the restaurant was clean, and my order came out quickly and perfectly fresh. Its great to see fast food done right - Ill definitely be back! 😊
