When you ask for a receipt cuz it added up to waaay more then it should have been and they tell you that they cant give you a receipt. Very unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend going to eat here!

I've been here twice now, and both times the food never is hot or fresh, today I got the whopper with cheese and it wasn't even warm, I was too hungry to go and complain, last time I went here the fries were brown and tasted disgusting. They also charge $0.80¢ now for cheese. The value French fries is now $2!! How is that a value?? 🤦♂️I think I'll just stay away from here, of course is in ground zero for colfax neighborhood, hence druggies and filth everywhere!

Dined in after a pretty messy breakup, the staff was absolutely amazing and cheered up my day immediately with some amazing food. Really thankful for this send this location the best!!!
I stopped in to use the restroom they were kind enough to let me use it even though I did not purchase anything. their food smelled great. The staff was quite friendly and I wish I would had money to purchase something

I had a coupon for get a free Whopper mybk experience survey I must charge full price. I ordered double Whopper and a Duo. Two bacon cheeseburgers and a small french fry and was charged $14.99 should have got the Whopper for free. Paid for the duo $5 and the fries. What? $2.39 so should have been charged around $8 was charged. $14.39 receipt is barely legible

I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers for my husband, and a whopper, and onion rings for me. They told me to pull up to the gate and wait. I assumed I'd be getting fresh onion rings. They brought out my order in about 5 minutes. As soon as I was back on Colfax, I reached in and got an onion ring. It was AWFUL 😖. It was cold, hard and tasted like old, dirty grease. I got home 5 minutes later and all the burgers were cold. I asked my husband if it was just me or was his food ok? He said the burgers 🍔 were old and cold. I am not a picky eater AT ALL so it's bad if I complain! I know I was eating food that had been sitting there for a long time!! How can staff be ok serving old, cold food??!! Would they eat it that way? Those were the WORST onion rings ever! We get fast food maybe once a month, so is it too much to expect hot food when you pay money for it?? What a waste 😡! So disappointing 😞! It's not ok. Please respect people and serve fresh food.

I go here about twice a day. (I work nearby) I have gotten hot food and correct orders 97% of the time. Probably the best Burger King I have had the pleasure of frequenting so often. Everyone has their moments though!!! Highly recommend.
