Drive thru girl with the ponytail was rude had an attitude had to repeat my order to her 3 time and was still wrong ask what my drink was to make sure I am diabetic so can't have anything but diet and she had an attitude because i asked what it was because it wasn't marked so I know what it was. Won't be going back there.

Lived in the neighborhood for about 20 years and this place just keeps getting worse staff is inexperienced and food is never cooked right for instance the ham and cheese breakfast sandwich they serve i know is microwaved because the middle is always cold.

Due to the snow storm the business was opening a bit later but the app was still letting orders go through. Maria was able to fulfill my order and I was appreciative. All the tables were dirty. No one took the time out to wipe off the tables after someone got through eating. Chairs had something on them that shouldn't have been on there. The bathroom was clean.

Ordered food through GrubHub for delivery. The only thing they got right was the burgers we ordered, but they arrived cold along with fries that were the wrong size and Sprite instead of tea.I'm not sure if reading is hard for their feeble-minded staff or if they're just slammed during late night hours and can't be fussed to make fresh food or double-check that drinks are right or food is the right size, but we'll definitely order from somewhere else in the future.

I came through the drive through at around 2:00pm & the girl working the drive thru was rude & disrespectful when I told her that I thought I put no mustard on my kids burger & She had attitude like no, you didn't next time. Make sure you put it on you order when you order through the app. She stated & then walked off with attitude Mistakes happen instead of being rude and disrespectful. She could have been more polite. This is reason why people get pissed off and start recording and stupid. Things go on and then it's put on the internet. You need to train your people to not be disrespectful when mistakes happen.The manager on duty was nice thank you sir.

Tables all greasy and gross. Floors were disgusting.Customer service by the manager Michelle was rude. We told her about the tables and she just made a grunting noise and spoke in Spanish to coworker whom laughed.The front service guy was unkept and stunk. With no welcome hello or acknowledgment. Would not recommend at all

Went to this Burger King for a late lunch, around 2:00.Stood in line, forever waiting on someone to take our order. The food was pretty good, but most every table in the place was dirty. Actually, the entire restaurant was pretty dirty. They need new management that cleans!!I do not plan to return to this restaurant, not even for just a drink. When the restaurant is that dirty, you know they don't clean and do maintenance on the drink machines either.I managed restaurants most of my life and know when to say no to a place!!!!

This is a lifted 4x4 large truck only BK. The exit in the drive through has 8” deep potholes that are 3-6’ wide. Ripped off 2 side skirts on my wrx.You can enter the drive through but the ONLY exit out of the lot has these gigantic pot holes.I’m trying to file a claim with the property managers at the moment but have a feeling I’m going to get pushed around.

Don't go here , they messed up my burger twice , the guy had an attitude , very rude and mouthy , while the manager stood there watching him and did nothing , the lobby was Filthy, the kitchen as well I call corporate and thet responded back right away , so don't waste your time here , very disgusting and disrespectful and unprofessional .
