Just ordered a whopper junior with cheese. The cheese cost extra. But yet my burger came with no cheese or mayo. The cashier fought me too because she insisted I didn't pay for it when I know I did. This place is never running fast anymore and orders always come out wrong. I am never ordering from this location ever again. Wish the management system did there job here.

Crazy overpriced and the service was terrible. I ordered three kids meals with a large Fanta. They gave me a small sprite for each of them. Then they put it in a regular bag with no toy or BK crown. Like I could’ve just bought a burger and soda for that. I paid for something I didn’t even get. Ridiculous

Had lunch at this BK with my kids. They had no ranch dressing and no napkins. Burger buns were cold. The staff had visible difficulty fulfilling their orders and calling people by name. I ordered 3 drinks, which they forgot about and then looked perplexed when I asked about them. Their Coke machine had no syrup and was dispensing flat plain soda water. How hard is it to put microwaved food into a bag? Apparently very hard at this location. Lack of training and poor GM support abundantly clear. This experience cost me $35.

I asked for a burger at Burger King and I was told they do not have any. A few minutes later some Hispanic customers ordered burgers. The customers started talking to the Burger King employees in Spanish as they were eating their burgers while I’m waiting 10 minutes for my fries. I would not recommend eating here at all.

20 minute wait with only 1 person in front of us. The buns was hard was like cardboard, and we had 3 combos and the tab was just under $60. Save your money and skip BK!

Not only is it $16 for a meal, the meal isn't even good, we got the wrong drink, the bun looks moldy and the fries weren't that bad. But when I asked them to change the meal into a single item she got mad at me for not hearing that I said "just the sandwich"

Service was fast and efficient, food wasn’t the best that we’ve had but wasn’t horrible, and the employee that helped us was happy and friendly.
Kid-friendliness: Offer the classic BK crowns as well as a kids menu with kids toys.
