Normally my family and I love this place, but we just found out the hard way that online orders are not a good idea. I just spent $30 on a small quesadilla and two salads that had random things thrown into a container. Neither salad had matching ingredients to the receipt and the quesadilla looked highly unappetizing. Very dissatisfied.

Went here after a LONG DAY and the service wasn't amazing but the FOOD!! The food was so yummy it masked the.... Interesting service :) We got the Tostada special on Wednesday and the Mexican corn dip with chips. The dip came in a small cup (for the price it was too small) but we were so stuffed from the Tostadas, so it ended up being the perfect size.

I'd give 5 stars, but the pricing is outrageous. Someone said this place was better than Doba and Chipotle. Yes, it is good food. But I could get 2 burritos at Chipotle for the price of 1 burrito here. Here, you don't have many burrito or bowl options. Honestly, all I can say. The food is good. But pricey. If you want a good price and more options, just go to Chipotle.Kid-friendliness: I took my 2 yr old with me and the staff were nice enough to acknowledge her when she said hi and bye. Not many places do that.

Can you say QUESO STYLE! Shredded chicken burrito smothered in queso is delicious and should be tried.
This place used to be great. The only reason I go anymore is free meals in the app. The service is terrible. The last few times my (very simple) orders have been wrong, and with barely anyone in the restaurant, an online order ahead meal takes 15-20 minutes. There’s like 4 teenagers working who seem like they could care less about order accuracy, any aspect of customer service, etc. I’m just glad I’m not paying for the food when I go.

The smallest portions I have ever seen. Rude cashier, Sunday 2/4, 5pm. Ordered tostadas, the portions are so stingy they all fit perfectly on the tortilla, it looked like an appetizer. This is not consistent with other locations. Poor value for $11, for $6 this would be more appropriate.
This was my first time visiting Cafe Rio. I was just picking up an online order, but upon going in, the restaurant was clean, the staff is friendly and professional, and my meal was really good! I had a quesadilla with the sweet pork barbacoa. So good! The pork was sweet and juicy and an acceptable amount of cheese to top it off. Will definitely be coming back to try other items. I wish I would have taken some pictures to post.
