I came in with my wife and friend yesterday (The day before Thanksgiving). Over heard a Manager Penny calling an employee a brat, more than once. She was loud, obnoxious, and most of all very unprofessional! How could this person be in charge of this location? She's definitely causing an hostile work environment, and undue embarrassment to the employee being ridiculed in the public's earshot. This Penny lady needs to be ridiculed and reprimanded in public just as she did to her employee. She should also have a complaint filed to the department of labor about her disciplinary actions, and the creation of a hostile work environment! Hopefully Corporate steps in and takes her ability to manage and treat people the way she did, away forever. She should be permanently banned and never hold a Chic-fil-a position ever again.

We got our food through the drive thru. When we got home we looked at our chicken sandwich’s and there was barely any chicken in the patty it was just mainly breading. We also order extra pickles and they left out pickles in both the sandwich’s. Every-time we go to this location it’s like they cut the chicken patties in half compare to other locations.

Had a curtesy card given to me because I found two bristle hairs in my meal. Went to redeem it and was told that because it was expired I couldn’t, which would be understandable except for the fact that I did call prior and was told I COULD use it, so I drove to the closest one to get the nuggets.
Keep in mind this was a 8piece nugget and wouldn’t have costed this big corporation anything more than a few cents really. This is also during a time when the society as a whole is having food issues due to the pause of government assistance
The manager Bradly said they wouldn’t be able to redeem it despite me telling him why I was given it in the first place and that it was a $5 meal. It’s a shame that a corporation would be so greedy

They must have gotten new hires cause this chick fil a was always on it but I’m annoyed now. This is the second time I said “no cheese” and you guys keep adding cheese. What’s the point of altering my order if y’all are going to just grab an already packaged sandwich and just reheat it ? I can’t even eat it again.

Food was fresh and tasty. Service was speedy and friendly. The chicken sandwich was delicious, as it was crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Prices are affordable. The drive through line moved quickly. Employee at the pick up window chats with you while you wait to pass the time.
Service is just okay, not the typical friendly Chic-fil-A service you’d expect, more so very nonchalant. Drive was backed up out the wazoo. Went inside to expect faster service, to find out most of the staff (even the managers) were just standing around not doing anything or having social hour…. I won’t be back to say the least. The GM needs to do the annual inspection asap so the team can get it together quick….

The food was pretty good this time. The only thing that I enjoy going there for is there’s a lady there that is a Hispanic older lady that is so nice to me. Treat me so good and with so much respect I wish I knew her name but she’s the only one I go there for there’s a lady there. That is the manager kind of short stocky Caucasian female. She said she is the one who’s in charge kind of frizzy here and heavy set. Very very mean rude and nasty. I would not recommend this place or talk to her. I asked if she had a job for my son she said for him to apply she never contacted him. She is the meanest and nastiest person and fake person I’ve ever met. I really like this place because my son worked there before and now my younger son wants to apply because he had such a good experience before, but this lady has made it horrible to even want to go back there. She is the manager Caucasian white female mid 40s her 50s and very nasty and mean to people I don’t even understand how she’s the manager how the owner would even have her as someone in charge, I never will understand a Christian establishment but yet with very horrible management.

It's Chick-fil-a, which means top notch food and service! Only thing that makes it not perfect is it's pricey, but u definitely get what u pay for. I love me a #2 w no pickles and a large cookies and cream shake.

I enjoy the food and the people are friendly. But you do get what you pay for. I am disappointed that Chic fil a doesn't have a Senior discount or specific meals just for seniors at a discount. It's a decent restaurant but a few things could be improved.
