i watched 5 cars get helped in the drive thru before i was helped and i arrived before them. unbelievably long wait, even if you put in an order ahead of time. there was also black stuff in my eggs.

Love this place but could use significant improvement. Wife went through the drive thru today and she got back to find out her order was wrong. I went there this evening and I got back in my order was wrong. Lesson: Always check your order before leaving this place.

Wish I could give a 5 star review, considering CFA is my favorite fast food spot. Everything was to expectations. However, my husbands hash browns came half empty and the spicy chicken in the biscuits was rather small in comparison to the biscuit size.
It's chicken... But it was fast, the fries could be cooked longer. Also the bathroom is clean.

I usually have no issues with most chick fil a locations, but this one I do on occasion. Tonight I ordered my usual Cobb salad. Extra egg (they only give you half of a tiny boiled egg to begin with). I requested to remove the corn and substituted garden herb ranch for the avocado ranch that is standard.
I got my salad and I know from experience in the past (mostly at a certain location in another state where I was all summer) to check my salad to make sure my extra egg is there. There was absolutely no egg anywhere. I told the guy at the window and he took it and sent me to park off to the side to wait. They brought my salad, I checked for the eggs, and my son and I went home. I start eating my salad and suddenly I'm finding corn in the salad. Not a lot. I'm assuming they started putting corn and then realized and tried to scoop it out and missed some. Very disappointed by this experience.
I have visited this CFA a lot as it's the first when we pass when we get to Denver from the mountains. It's always clean and has friendly staff. No complaints about this location!

Service was top notch as always but absolutely AWFUL food. Chikfila in the last couple years has been a joke. Guaranteed this trash place starts opening on Sundays by 2030 to make up for all the customers they're losing.
