The employees were all just on their phones. After we finally got noticed and greeted with an unfriendly interaction with the ToGo employee, the first item I opened when I got home had 2 hairs sitting right on top. :) Appetite obviously gone and $40 of food in the trash. Order was also missing items. Terrible experience.

Food was good but a bit cold. I'm only taking away two stars because I waited outside 20 minutes past the pick up time. I never received a text that my food was ready. After the 20 minutes I decided to go in a check on it and it was sitting on the rack ready they whole time. I received the text that my food was ready when I was already driving home.

Do not order online from here do not order from their website do not order from doordash put in an order like normal waited an hour and 45 minutes for it. Only for my delivery driver to tell me somebody else had stolen my food and the store wasn't going to do anything about it and when I called to talk to them the store told me it's a third party app somebody would have had to verify that they had my order when they stole it. But the person who went to pick it up is the person who told me that somebody stole my order.
So instead of literally doing anything the manager told me he could not find my order online and that it was an impossible for the situation to have happened to happen they let somebody else take my food after I had already paid for it and called it a day. Telling me I needed to talk to the third party app that you have to use when ordering from their website in the first place if I wanted to resolve the situation.

This is by far our favorite chilis! We had a;really cool waiter! she is the reason for the review! I sadly can't remember her name but she is the waiter with the fade. Loved her!!! We went a couple days ago on a weekday so she probably works on weekdays!

Amazing service by our waiter Shantel!! She was amazing fast understanding and kept checking up on us! I totally appreciate the manager that helped us also amazing service she did an outstanding job and completely went up and above on our food! Chilis has always had my heart but this location won the best! Food was delicious molten cake everything! Perfect perfect! My favorite was the watermelon iced tea! Absolutely delicious! Made my son’s birthday worth celebrating! 🫶🏻 will be back!

Chili’s? More like Cockroach’s! This place is gross! Infested with cockroaches in the walls and in the management team! Know why the wall was removed from the dining room a few months ago? The walls were filled with cockroaches. The wall between the dining room and bar is the worst area! If you knew how disgusting this place was you would not be eating here, trust!
