I had a very disappointing experience at Chipotle today. The employees were rude and dismissive when I asked simple questions about my order. It felt like I was bothering them just by trying to make sure everything was correct.
When I got home, I realized that items were missing from my kids’ meals, which was frustrating since I was already treated poorly when asking about the order in the store.
I understand that food service can be busy and stressful, but customers should still be treated with basic respect. I hope management addresses both the customer service and order accuracy at this location so other families don’t have the same experience.

Nasty mushy clumped up rice. Little half scoop of chicken. They threw out the nasty rice and got new rice right after they made mine. What a waste of money. Not going here again. How do yall not know how to make rice? You do it all freakin day.

I got diagnosed celiac and trying to find food to eat has been a struggle. This location takes good care of me. I eat here 2-5 times a week knowing I'm going to get food that fills me up for a food price. Really appreciate the staff here and their efforts. Thank you all.

I am a very loyal Chipotle customer. This location specifically has given me food poisoning not once, not 3 times, but twice. I try to avoid this location because I got food poisoning here once, then I ate here yesterday and got it again. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Im rating the food a “4” because overall it still tastes good but overall rating is a “1” (I wish it was 0) because I wish DoorDash would stop directing my orders to this specific location. Every time I order, I get the same thing and ask for extra cheese, sour cream, etc and yall ALWAYS SKIMP AND DONT DO IT. And I’ve noticed this every time I do delivery, but when I come in person yall act like you have some damn sense. Is the cost of food coming out of your check? Is the manager stingy and withholding giving the customers extra anything so they can get/keep their bonus or something? Just look at that stingy pinch of lettuce ugh yall are stingy as hell and it’s annoying!! Moral of this review, go in person, wait in line and order. Avoid delivery or even ordering through the chipotle app because the consistency is NOT THERE!

I have never eaten that much of my Chipotle ever in my life. I get bowls, and they are awful. This was the best Chipotle. I've had everything about it was amazing. I cannot even believe how good it was. And the service was amazing, every time I go to a chipotle, they're really rude.This place, they were friendly super nice. Just everything great experience.I cannot wait to go back, 🙌 😀 honestly, I'm so thankful!

Garbage service! I’ve been going to this location a LOT!! I am more than willing to pay for what I order but I NEVER get what I order. Apparently here double meat means double price and less than a normal portion of meat. I wouldn’t take the time to complain but this has happened far too many times!!! GIVE PEOPLE WHAT THEY PAY FOR!!!

This location straight up scams you when you order online through the app. My double wrapped double protein burrito is smaller than a normal one, looks like I got it from Temu. They also make you wait 10+ minutes, it's faster to wait in line than to order ahead. This is about the 4th time I've been shorted on portion or waited 10+ minutes for my pickup order and I give up I'll drive the extra 10 minutes to a different one. To the all employees who make my online order: I hope both sides of your pillows are always warm.
