Don’t ever go to this location. They charged my Mom over the amount for 3 items. If you’re BLACK don’t patronize this location at 3170 S Wadsworth, Lakewood. They don’t give refunds & they aren’t professional at all. Sad, sick, and disgusting.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a chipolte. I NEVER leave a review but this location is a joke. I was greeted by an enthusiastic young woman that told me someone would be right with me. I was then helped by a teenage boy that made the most pathetic burrito bowl I've ever seen in my life. Barely 1/4 scoop of rice, even less beans, asked for barbacoa until I saw the grease and no meat, went with chicken, got 7 pieces of chicken and a teaspoon of guacamole. The person behind me got served by the woman that greeted me and their bowls were OVERFLOWING. You could actually see the bottom of my bowl it was so empty. Don't waste your time or money at this establishment. You're better off driving up to belmar or union chipolte 10 minutes away.

Smallest scoops you'll ever see. And you ask for more, for a regular scoop, they'll double charge you. Skimping on rice, on beans, on the veggies, on the meat. Your money is best spent elsewhere.

This bear valley Chipotle location is super close to where I live and they have great food but dont eat there often or as much as I should considering how close i live to this Chipotle, but i have experience working at MOES southwest grill (very similar) and I have been considering applying for a job at chipolte/bear valley given my past experience woking an almost identical line & kitchen (open/closing) and this location has YUMMY food, lots of potential, and its in my back yard so im thinking a job here might help
me spread the word and bring in more of the community. 5/5 star food, 5/5 star atmosphere, 5/5 star service.
This location also has 5 star potential to become a bustling, well respected, and trusted source for satisfaction in the community.

Parking: Plenty of open spaces, no trouble or congestion. You can easily park anywhere your heart desires

Wheelchair accessibility: Its always a +plus when there is wheelchair accessibility. +1 for Chipolte (bear creek)

Terrible quality of food because they reused their food from yesterday. So disappointing for Chipotle expectations and price. We did a group order for our office, and the quality of the food was horrendous. The guacamole was brown throughout. On all of the orders. The chicken in the burritos were burned to a crisp and shoved into an unwrapped tortilla and hastily wrapped in foil. I wouldn't feed that old, burned chicken to my dog. We love Chipotle and voted to order it for Christmas lunch 💀💀 - huge mistake. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this was downright disturbing.

Girl building my burrito seemed bothered when I ask for each item. She stated they were out of white rice and they barely had fajita vegetables at 730 PM. She acted like they couldn't be refilled and didn't offer it. Just moved to this area and was disappointed.

I ordered food on door dash and there was pieces of GLASS IN MY FOOD, tried to call the store to warm them this had happened and there could be others with the same issue.Their automated phone system would not put me through to a real person. What a joke

I like chipotle but for some reason this specific location frequently has undercooked crunchy rice. The beans are often hard also as if undercooked.

My go to place for when I'm hungry. Close to my home, easy access to get to and not too busy during certain times, your in and out on some days, which is nice to avoid the crowd. The service is fast. Employees are nice and friendly.

This is a honest review.

I ordered a burrito and the person charged me Extra!!! for something I didn't order.

3 big mistakes they did and this unfortunate happening is FULLY allowed by the supervisor manager lady Sonyia and miss Martinezjj.

Instead of listening to my concerns(below), they were spreading their own made up truth facts and totally ignoring my facts. Then started loudly taking to me when i told them I will report this to Chipotle.
-- Both of them also told me to call cops if i have to. This is what they told to a customer who's is going to Chipotle for last 20 years. F CHIPOTLE!!!! I will never go to any of Chipotle now. Cop was called while I was writing this review by someone.

1. They mis-charged me EXTRA for a Queso sauce and when I asked the person, how much Im paying he didn't tell me how much im charged "per item" on the first attempt. Asked third time again and He said I'm paying $17.xx for one burrito.

I ASKED why I'm paying $17?????... the cashier person told me I got queso sauce.
-- I asked WHY are YOU charging me for queso sauce when I did NOT order it??? --or have it in my buritto.

THIS is a clear example of MIS-CHARGING customers probably multiple times a day like this, which happened to me. THIS CLEARLY SHOWS They are NOT fully trained to communicate effectively --or "mark" customer orders correctly and thus resulting in a WRONG / FRAUD charging by Chipotle!!!! (which could be happening at large scale as most of the customer normally do NOT pay attention to what they are being billed for everytime). These employees at this location I felt are not trained per my discussion with them today.

2. Second issue, the quantity of each item I got in my order was "WAY less" (than what I usually see in other Chipotle franchise locations give, Im a customer for the last 20 years and can tell what's fair and what's not). I initially wanted to tell temployee who was filling my order about the low quantities per item but I let it go. I also felt that this employee is intentionally putting everything very low (to save profit for Chipotle??). I didn't say anything first thinking he may be new but then after all this episode, when he gave me Guacamole, he shook the scoop 3 times to a level which made only 40% of what I usually from a single scoop per my heuristics. I told the employee, that the quantity of Guacamole he added is very low and please add more so it looks like 1 order of guacamole. So he added. NOTE: He did NOT tell me that it will be treated as a SECOND order of Guacamole in my bill. Surprisingly, His second scoop of Guacamole (he added) was not like his first scoop and that also confirms that they are NOT trained to give right amount each time.. or atleast close to a Good amount.

3. Third issue: Cashier didn't tell me what I'm paying for "per item" before swiping my credit card after I myself figured to sort the first mischarge!! I found they charged me twice and that's not what i wanted to pay or was expecting to pay. Then the supervisor lady said she will open my burrito to check guacamole (and I didn't want it because she was CLEANING something and not filing foof and also opening a burrito would have left my burrito in even smaller quantity had she put everything in a new tortilla wrap after paint messing up my burrito.

Chipotle !!!!! Please look into this "Continuous ACTS of unprofessionalism" AND "no customer satisfaction" and FRAUD happening to a customer and possibly to many others at large scale.

And you lost a customer today!!!
Why?? Reason: The supervisor ladies 2 of them, cashier's ignorance and untrained people.

Great location! The restaurant is very clean! The outside and parking lot is clean, too. I felt great walking up to the front door. Once I entered the atmosphere was bright. The service was fast and accurate. The cashier asked if I wanted anything more, and I was thankful for this because I would have forgotten a drink! The cashier saw I was paying with a smart watch. She told me to go ahead and tap my watch once I am ready. (I had to turn on NFC). I felt like she was paying attention to me. I also felt very special because someone noticed my watch, and called it 'my' watch. I finally got that 'I have a smartwatch!' feeling!! I saw many managers there in collar shirts. They all looked respectful. The staff looked like they were thankful to have them there. Thank you!
