This location will take any chance they can get to give you as little food as possible.

I’ve learned I can never do delivery or even online pickup orders from here, as they will give me about half the total food vs when I order in person, even when I am requesting extra ingredients for the online order. I’ve also waited in my car 20+ minutes for a pickup order to be marked as ready, only to realize my food had been sitting there going cold because they never bothered to mark my food as ready. Kind of defeats the purpose of online ordering for pickup if I have to go inside and wait to see when my food comes out. Good luck reporting online order issues to Chipotle- they think that offering a free drink coupon somehow makes up for an unacceptable entree order.

In person, the portions are better than online orders, but still worse than other Chipotle locations I’ve been to. They are even stingy about rice- after they give me an initial scoop and then I ask for extra, they’ll give me maybe 1/3 of a scoop. Doesn’t make sense to me when rice is one of the cheapest ingredients out there! If the issue is that you are consistently running out of rice, maybe you need to increase the amount of rice you’re making, it shouldn’t be that hard unless you are refusing to staff enough employees.

Employees are often really rude as well. When I ask for chips at the register, I’ve had them give me attitude and act like I’m lying when I point out I just paid for chips but they didn’t put any in my bag, or they’ll walk off to go chat with their coworkers as I’m paying, without giving me the chips, leaving me standing there waiting for someone to notice me so I can get the chips I paid for. I’ve also had another employee roll her eyes at me and act like it’s my fault when I point out that I had asked for corn salsa and not the red salsa that she just put on my bowl. It wasn’t even crowded or loud and I pointed specifically to the corn salsa, so clearly she wasn’t paying attention. But she still acted like it was somehow my fault, and then proceeded to remake the bowl with significantly smaller portions than the first time.

In conclusion, the management of this location needs to do something about the consistent poor customer service I’ve gotten here. I’ve given them too many chances because of the convenience of the location, but now I’ve learned my lesson and my money is better spent somewhere else.

Sonia is truly one of a kind. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure every customer feels valued and cared for. You can tell she genuinely loves helping people—she treats everyone with kindness and respect. Today, I didn’t have money for food, and she still made sure I didn’t go hungry. That level of compassion is rare, and I’ll never forget it. Sonia is a blessing, and any business is lucky to have someone like her!

This is the ABSOLUTE worst place to do a pick up order. They are ALWAYS behind regardless of time of day. If I wanted to wait in the restaurant 20+ minutes I would stand in line. The customer service is a joke.
They don’t update their app, so I never know when I’m order is actually ready or actually being made.
I show up at least 10 minutes AFTER the requested pick up window and I still somehow end up waiting 20+ minutes for my food.

Had the BEST customer service experience here! Fast, Friendly and had a great atmosphere. If I'm ever on this side of town I am stopping here for lunch. Will return.

Don’t ever go to this location. They charged my Mom over the amount for 3 items. If you’re BLACK don’t patronize this location at 3170 S Wadsworth, Lakewood. They don’t give refunds & they aren’t professional at all. Sad, sick, and disgusting.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a chipolte. I NEVER leave a review but this location is a joke. I was greeted by an enthusiastic young woman that told me someone would be right with me. I was then helped by a teenage boy that made the most pathetic burrito bowl I've ever seen in my life. Barely 1/4 scoop of rice, even less beans, asked for barbacoa until I saw the grease and no meat, went with chicken, got 7 pieces of chicken and a teaspoon of guacamole. The person behind me got served by the woman that greeted me and their bowls were OVERFLOWING. You could actually see the bottom of my bowl it was so empty. Don't waste your time or money at this establishment. You're better off driving up to belmar or union chipolte 10 minutes away.

Smallest scoops you'll ever see. And you ask for more, for a regular scoop, they'll double charge you. Skimping on rice, on beans, on the veggies, on the meat. Your money is best spent elsewhere.

This bear valley Chipotle location is super close to where I live and they have great food but dont eat there often or as much as I should considering how close i live to this Chipotle, but i have experience working at MOES southwest grill (very similar) and I have been considering applying for a job at chipolte/bear valley given my past experience woking an almost identical line & kitchen (open/closing) and this location has YUMMY food, lots of potential, and its in my back yard so im thinking a job here might help
me spread the word and bring in more of the community. 5/5 star food, 5/5 star atmosphere, 5/5 star service.
This location also has 5 star potential to become a bustling, well respected, and trusted source for satisfaction in the community.

Parking: Plenty of open spaces, no trouble or congestion. You can easily park anywhere your heart desires

Wheelchair accessibility: Its always a +plus when there is wheelchair accessibility. +1 for Chipolte (bear creek)

Terrible quality of food because they reused their food from yesterday. So disappointing for Chipotle expectations and price. We did a group order for our office, and the quality of the food was horrendous. The guacamole was brown throughout. On all of the orders. The chicken in the burritos were burned to a crisp and shoved into an unwrapped tortilla and hastily wrapped in foil. I wouldn't feed that old, burned chicken to my dog. We love Chipotle and voted to order it for Christmas lunch 💀💀 - huge mistake. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this was downright disturbing.

Girl building my burrito seemed bothered when I ask for each item. She stated they were out of white rice and they barely had fajita vegetables at 730 PM. She acted like they couldn't be refilled and didn't offer it. Just moved to this area and was disappointed.

I ordered food on door dash and there was pieces of GLASS IN MY FOOD, tried to call the store to warm them this had happened and there could be others with the same issue.Their automated phone system would not put me through to a real person. What a joke

I like chipotle but for some reason this specific location frequently has undercooked crunchy rice. The beans are often hard also as if undercooked.

It's a chipotle. if you haven't been, try it at least once
