Chipotle Mexican Grill

Server last night scooped barbacoa onto my bowl, then proceeded to take some back out of my bowl, not once but TWICE, and put it back into the meat container. Seems like an unhygienic practice to be putting ingredients back, and poor customer service to take back almost half the meat after it’s been served- why would you expect customers to be satisfied with that kind of service? Qdoba is never stingy with serving ingredients, and there are certain Chipotle locations that always give better portion sizes- maybe the management/owners of this location need to rethink whether skimping on meat really gives them a better return than having satisfied customers

I really like this place because they can help the client, but they also make you feel comfortable. I don't understand how so many people can criticize them. Most of them are young people who try to do a good job.

Real bad experience is 9:30 p.m. and they close 11:00 they don't have nothing to serve people the line was all the way to the door and I have to walk away and go somewhere else to get some food and I even asked one of the employees about it and she's like yeah just give us a bad review on the internet like they don't care that's 😡😡 worst service ever Chipotle is not what it used to be

This Chipotle is annoying.. either you walk in an certain ones have an attitude.. or they charge you for something you didn't ask for, and then act like they didnt. Because they have a line, so you have to get back in line to get a refund.

Then the machine to insert your card has been broken for forever!! Like not everyone can tap, every card can't tap to pay.. then you have to insert it three times and still swipe..

I hate this Chipotle..

Food good normally is but I felt rushed from the make worker behind the line I understand you gotta get people through the line in a specific time but don't try and do it in 30 seconds you know the girl working on the line she was good tho

I loved the food here but when it say is open 10:45 am should be open know matter they are doing or should get something free then this not far for us to wait that just make me really angry 😡

Really kind friendly staff. The food was great too! My only complaint is I paid $3.15 for a small drink. Obviously that is a corporate issue, but it’s a little bit ridiculous.

This establishment demonstrates poor food safety practices. If you have any food allergies, I strongly advise against dining here. They use the same thermometer across all food items—including vegetables, meat, cheese, salsas, pork, and chicken—without wiping it between uses. When a customer addressed this concern, the staff member dismissed it, rolling her eyes and denying the behavior, despite multiple customers witnessing it. Observing this, I chose to not go there again.

We usually get a great value at this store but tonight, the chicken burrito bowl was lacking in chicken, although there were a few pieces buried in there. The guacamole however had a nasty section of rotten avocado in it (see pic) making this dinner visit incredibly disappointing.

Picked up an order and got home and the guacamole was brown. How do you serve this to customers? Won't be eating Chipotle anymore.

This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. The service is terrible and the past few times I’ve gone they have not had plain white or brown rice available. I’m allergic to cilantro and there was nothing they would do to compensate for it. I even tried reaching out to customer service and nothing has changed.
