I know that Chipotle has been raising prices due to inflation, but this location is also stingy on top of it. My wife's chicken bowl is pictured. She had to ask for extra on lettuce and rice. As shown, the bowl is less than 1/2 full and the "extra" is about average of a typical chicken bowl. The food was fine as an any other Chipotle. The value here is not there. It certainly is not the Chipotle of yesteryear. Like other reviews, the online is a bad idea here. My wife and I stood in line, ordered, got our food, sat down, and finished our food (about 20 mins total) before three people waiting for their online orders were helped.

I was in line ordering four different orders. Ordered white rice it was all gone. She didn't even bother to say do you want to wait for the new batch. She went right ahead and pour the brown rice. Next, on my son's build your taco plate she literally put 6 pieces of steak. That portion of steak is suppose to be for two tacos.?? I asked for more and she argued that was the portion. Never did I argue about the portion I was asking for more steak because I was going to pay for it. Because I saw the portion she had put on the tray. Chipotle has been very greedy on their portions. Of course we are paying but at least put the right amount of food it should have. Very disappointed!

Worst chipotle ever. There was ONE person one staff that spoke English. I get chipotle 5 days a week and there is never not a line of people complaining about wrong orders. Staff always has attitude. Charge you for things they didn’t add. Long wait times for online orders. I cannot believe how poorly this is run

This is the last time we visit this location. The staff are rude, ignored our request for help, and I was forced to get my own food even though two of the staff members were having a conversation in front of me and not doing any actual work.

Terrible service. This is the second time we were ignored when trying to pick up our takeout order. Other customers were actively ignored too. One customer was forced to grab his own food off the shelf because the girl's were talking to each other. Actively ignoring customer's wanting tables cleaned. Even though two staff were free talking to each other.Staff was available to help and customers were asking for their help, but they were ignored and given attitude. We will be making the further trip to go to a different location, because this one has gone downhill.
This is one of the worst chipotles I’ve ever been to which sucks because it’s right near my work but they absolutely JIP you on toppings. I’ll keep asking until it’s at the portion I want but it angers me every time. Save your time and money and go to another chipotle if you can bc you’re going to get the bare minimum at this location.

Do not recommend, the cashier gave my food to another person before I can pay, I let the cashier know and she begin to argue with me saying I was wrong even though there was no food on the counter. The cashier starred at me and didn't respond when I ask if they can remake it so I left the place.

I ordered dinner tonight for my family. I brought it home and checked the food, and there was no meat in the tacos. They didn't get the orders right. The staff here is so rude! This is the third time we’ve had issues at this chipotle. I will never go back there. The only reason that we went tonight was because of a school fundraiser. I will be voicing my complaint to the school also in hopes that they never go there again. The girls on the line are so rude. Tonight my husband was ordering his food, and the girl threw all the cheese on the right side, when he tried to tell her if she can spread it out she then begin making a container of salsa. He had to say excuse me multiple times and then tell her I don’t want salsa I just want cheese on the whole bowl. She slammed everything down and was so mad. They were equally as rude to my kids. It’s so sad they love chipotle and these girls just ruined it for them. I feel sad for the treatment my family received. I wish I got the girls name but all I know is it was tonight March 12 at about 7:30 PM.Union Chipotle is close and so friendly plus makes the good full bowls!Stay away from this one.

I go to this chipotle all the time and it’s almost always a good experience. But whoever was running the middle of the line around 6:45pm today skimped me so hard.She was rushing SO fast she gave me like half a pinch of carnitas, I got maybe 1/3rd of a normal portion. There was such little protein that I didn’t even taste any carnitas. And now I’m out $10 and still hungry.She also almost put sour cream on my bowl twice cus she wasn’t listening & rushing. I understand moving quick during dinner rush - I’ve worked in food before so I get it, but she was *aggressively* rushing.
