Consistently the smallest portions of any Chipotle I’ve ever been to. This store barely gives you a half scoop of each ingredient. Then to top it off they give you about 5 tiny pieces of shredded cheese and a couple pieces of shredded lettuce.

always come here because it’s close, but honestly the customer service isn’t great. I understand that each ingredient has its portion, but I’m paying $12 for a bowl and they put such a tiny bit of cheese on it, like I’m asking for it for free. If you ask for a little more, they look at you with an attitude. It’s frustrating. I hope they improve their service and portions so it’s actually worth coming back.

The overall attitude of the staff was disappointing, but the girl in the middle stood out for all the wrong reasons. Her demeanor was extremely unfriendly, and she seemed visibly annoyed and irritated from the start. Her behavior came across as dismissive and blatantly disrespectful, which made the entire experience very uncomfortable. While the whole team seemed unpleasant, her attitude was by far the worst. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and needs to be addressed

Consistently late on online orders and no sense of urgency or care about it. Like another review said, it’s faster just to walk in and order which makes zero sense.
Staff will let you wait when your order is eventually finished because they can’t even be bothered to tell you it’s ready.
Food portions are always on the small side and again, staff give the feeling that they couldn’t care less about the restaurant or the customer.

the experience i had today at chipotle was honestly sooooo disappointing and i feel a little disrespected to be honest. i went to this chipotle in front of target at colorado mills i showed up at 10:30 they had 30 mins left until closing. the young girl at the front w the red hair and a braid was super rude she rolled her eyes back at me when i said hi, she then was super rude when asking me what i wanted in my burrito and when she was done wrapping it (poorly by the way because she was rushing the whole time i don’t know why) she proceeded to throw my burrito , even the guy at the register was taken aback. i don’t know who this girl is maybe i should’ve checked her name tag but you guys should rethink having employees like her because they scare away your clients. she was extremely disrespectful. 06/25/25 at 10:30.

Order in person, not online. Ordered multiple pickups here that were 15-20 min late. Meanwhile the line moves quickly and I could have been out in <5 if I had not ordered online.
