Came here for lunch on a whim this Saturday! Waiting for our server, Kevin came and greeted us very warmly and let us try a sample of the “boom boom” sauce which is a really yummy chili / queso kind of dip that I would highly recommend! Reece was our server and he was phenomenal, very timely and answered all our questions we had, tended to our needs efficiently and friendly. Honestly did not know what to expect coming in here walking off the street, but Kevin & Reece’s customer service was unmatched!! They were so amazing and deserve some praise!

First of all, Haylee A, you're a damn Rockstar girl. Thanks for taking care of us!!! The creamy jalapeno salsa is a star, Guacamole was super fresh and yummy. The house frozen strawberry marg? WOW! So good. Had the steak burrito with red chile sauce was pretty good too!!! Loved the constant chip and drink refills. We've never been and so happy we came!!! Great service and great vibe!!!
Note for Vegetarians / Vegans: I ordered an item that was marked as having no meat on the menu. I was served a dish with meat. If you want to be accommodated, I think you'll need to be very forceful and not assume that because you ordered something marked as vegetarian that you'll receive something vegetarian. Make sure they hear you if you request no cheese. I was clear when I ordered and the waitress even repeated my order back to me correctly, but I was still served something with meat.Everyone else at my table enjoyed their meal, but I couldn't eat mine.As a side note, we waited for like 20 minutes for anybody to take our drink order after the host sat us. The waitress would later come check on us and just walk away before we could respond. It was honestly bizarre. Everyone seemed nice, though, probably just overworked.
Ambiance was good. Server was nice. Food hits the spot. This Chuys is closer to what it is in Austin, TX. Real Tex-Mex food.

While the service here as commendable, I found the the burrito to be below average. Although the staff were attentive and accommodating, the quality of the dishes did not meet expectations. I would recommend exploring other dining options for a more satisfying experience.

I always saw this place and wanted to give it a try. The food felt reheated and felt like school cafeteria food. Service was awesome and prompt but the food didn't hit. Great atmosphere but mediocre food. I would recommend only for chips and salsa and drinks.
