The only problem with Cicis is that it has to keep up (or not) with customer demand. When it is busy and they are churning out pizza at a good clip it is great. But when the pizza has to sit out for awhile during down times - the quality goes way down. The staff/management are great though and they always offer to make whatever you want!

The pizza was ok. The pizza selection was a lot less than I expected. The lady at the register was nice. Those servicing the pizza were also nice. There was one guy server that started putting up the chairs around 7:30 PM? But the store closes at 10:00 PM? Is this normal here? Some customers, number of 6 or 7 came in and they couldn’t be seated in the main area because of the chairs being up so they left and got their money back. This is so unbelievable and not professional at all.

It’s a fun fairly priced place to take the kids my son is 3 so he was only one dollar and adults are only ten don’t go to Cicis expecting great food it’s not the best pizza by any means but for unlimited pizza and a table next to an arcade is worth the price to me it entertains the kids and they tend to like the

I went to Cici's pizza with my girlfriend. She is newly pregnant with our first child and all she wanted was some pizza and to pee. We walked in and the hostess informed us the bathrooms are for paying customers only, which was fine, since we will be ordering a meal, but she allowed my girlfriend to go before I officially paid for the meal. Well the manager Jason (I think that's his name) stopped my PREGNANT GF in her tracks and wanted us to pay for the meals before she could just go pee. Normally that wouldn't be a problem but he had a very smug look on his face and an arrogant tone while denying what I thought was common courtesy in letting a woman who very obviously was close to peeing her pants simply use the restroom. We are from out of town (small town in Wyoming) so we wouldn't be frequent customers anyway but due to the complete disrespect shown by the manager you couldn't pay me to eat at that establishment. My 9th is 8

I was there yesterday with my family, to begin with I feel that they need more ovens because the girls who worked couldn't keep up with the pizzas, they literally took one out every 5 minutes but it was finished in 2 seconds because of all the people, apart from the fact that the Pizza is very small, we were all waiting for pizza, a lot of people were upset because every time you went you had to wait for one to come out.

10/10 on my experience at the West Colfax Cici’s pizza! I came in for the $5 Mon/Tuesday buffet promotion and had pretty low expectations based on my previous experiences at Cici’s. However, I was PLEASANTLY surprised at how nice the facilities were and how CLEAN! The workers are constantly cleaning/picking up so the place is spotless, and there are lots of places to sit. The pizza was fresh with lots of fun variations to try- plus you can request any pizza and they’ll make it fresh for you in less than 10 minutes! I recommend the Mac n cheese pizza or flatbread buffalo to try something new! And ofc the cheesy bread and salad bar is always a great fall back.Overall, would strongly recommend coming here for a nice dinner out. It’s the amazing staff and their kindness that makes me want to come back soon :) see for yourself!Vegetarian options: Plenty of veg pizza options and great salad bar
