I had a great experience today at Cinnabon at Colorado Mills. I was waited on by Caesar, a very friendly and efficient man behind the counter. He had a big smile, great attitude and gave me the Cinnabon I asked for.. the big one!! 😆 Thanks Cesar!!

I ordered 2 turtle Cinnabon's and 2 sides of frosting through a delivery service. I received 2 yucky Oreo Cinnabon's and 2 tiny dollops of frosting. I tried to contact them by phone over and over again and they do not answer. Very disappointing and I was so excited to get them. Beware!

Guy at counter was talking on his phone before even acknowledging us. Then couldn't even process a gift card. Left empty- handed and upset.

Was here when Imelda and yelis were working. They were so great and quick with service. The Cinnabon they made were delicious and put me in the holiday spirit.

Overcharge from Advertised pricing up on the board. Employee would not correct it telling me that their computers were updated, but the signs were not.
