These two lady's who work here were super awesome friendly professional and courteous I would suggest Cinnabon to everyone I know after a s shopping day at Colorado Mills Mall definitely a yummy experience ? thank you for making my day

As a self-indulgent little green snot that I am, I cannot say no to Cinnabon, let alone when it is as inviting as having no lines can be. Instant cinnamon roll is always a victor here.The dude servicing the place was very loud and friendly dude. Had a small chat and even got me a feshly baked roll. Dude knows how respect a goblin!

NO HATE TO THE COMPANY CINNABON, JUST TO THE ONE EMPLOYEE. This women working at Cinnabon on Friday Dec 15, 2023 at around 10:20 Am, was rude from the start. I ask if they took mobile pay and she just looked at me rolled her eye and goes “mhm” and then my father who’s looking at the display of the food, asked if there’s anyway we could have extra of the glaze and she’s goes “umm what do you mean? You mean the icing?” And my father was like yeah is that okay? And she goes “it’s ganna cost extra, 85c “ and then under her breath she goes “okay well I’m over here, you literally see me.” Her attitude is absolutely not okay, she started the interaction with a terrible start, and I’d like an apology for my father.

They were letting one girl work in there when there was four other employees just standing around doing nothing. I decided not to order anything and walk away. So that girl didn't have to make it all for me. Whoever is owner you need to take a look at your employees they are lazy.

They ran out of cinnamon rolls, minibons and bonbites. They said the next batch would be ready in 20 minutes. Not sure how that happens since cinnamon buns is all they sell. They were also only accepting cash.
Went to Cinnabon at the mall when visiting my son at college. We had a coupon for 2 for 1 deal for cinnamon roll week. We ordered a cinnamon roll and the girl said they had none of the big ones so she pawned 2 small dinky about a quarter size ones fo 6 bucks really and she shot back that we should happy with what we got. We traveled quite a ways to get treated poorly. Love cinnabon rolls but could have left the attitude and lack of customer service.
