I visit this location about once a month and it is always shocking how rude and unfriendly the staff is. It doesn’t change if you are ordering in store or through the drive thru, the staff is miserable to deal with. Gives off the impression that they hate their jobs and really hate the fact that you, the customer, are choosing to dine at their restaurant. Word of advice, if you’re that miserable you can’t even fake any sort of customer service, find something else to do with your life. This attitude issue is not just a single employee problem, sadly it seems to be widespread. The icing on the cake is when they ask for a tip after they have treated you with disrespect and attitude.

You'd think the hipster-est place for hipster breakfast would live up to its hipster-y hype.
It doesn't, the place was not only a deadzone for a good meal, but the place is filled with dejected soccer moms with no real tenacity to cook for their kid. In front and behind the counter.
And once I finally got my grub, it was lukewarm. Like they just happen to find my order in a microwave in the back and hand it to me. I can see why the neaby burger joint is always packed.

Food is good. The counter service is SIGNIFICANTLY faster than the drive through. 5 min wait for food if you walk in, easily 15-25 mins for the drive through. Plan accordingly.
6th ave Einstein may take a while longer to get your order out but they won’t mess it up an workers seem happier

My experience was horrible and will not be back
The person taking my order was extremely rude
Did not explain any options
And just “assumed” I knew how to order
I ordered an egg sandwich and a dozen bagels
And she took my credit card
Well- unbeknownst to me-
There are options for a dozen bagels
1- already pre picked out and boxed ready to go
Or
2-you can choose your own flavors
Well- it was assumed that I knew this and was charged for already boxed—
I insisted that I choose my own flavors
Therefore the cashier decided to give me back cash??? When my card was already charged
I asked why? She said “ because it’s easier for me” very rudely
Apparently there is a price difference for choosing your own flavors —-which was never explained that I had options
So- I give her back the cash and had her ring up a dozen
“ that I selected “
So confusing!!!
Why not just credit my card back??
Needless to say
If that’s how any customer is treated
I will not be back!!!
I have worked in the customer service area previously for 10 years
And have never not explained options to customers!
