Not what they used to be. Ice cream taste different. Inflated prices. Long wait time.Dietary restrictions: They had gelato, and other ice fruit options.Kid-friendliness: High chairs, and kid options.Wheelchair accessibility: They have ramp access and tables.

This experience was interesting. The worker helping me with my ice cream was inpatient and didn’t have a good attitude. I asked for a love it with Reese’s cups and in a waffle cone dipped in chocolate… haha this girl put two Reese’s cups in the ice cream barely mixed it and forgot my cone cup. Like come on if you not gonna listen and hate your job that much why are you there? I hope I don’t go back when she works.

Erin and Kyle were awesome! Super friendly and patient with me, which was nice since I haven't been to coldstone in forever. Also they were very conscious of my allergies. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and will def be back! Thank u!

Overall very good experience. Service was fast and friendly. Plenty of convenient parking. Dining room clean. 3 tables for dining in and a couple on the sidewalkOne of the employees, red haired guy, could have had his hair under a bit more control. He was wearing a visor, but long hair flying everywhere over food preparation is never appetizing.

Icream is good employees are extremely lazy. Showed up one girl rushed up from the back and just looked at me awkwardly no hello or anything. Ordered my ice cream got oreos and chocolate chips as a mix in she put it in the center of the ice cream smashed it two times only. Like really? My oreos are literally just two cookies cut in half and everything in in the center still and not mixed it. I was the only person in the store. That's just sheer lazy work ethic. Won't be back I'm better off getting properly mixed ice cream at DQ on the other side of the road

Google lists Cold Stone as a hit for the search, “bakery,” but they don’t sell any baked goods.

Terrible the employees were more stoned than myself! They couldn't form a sentence much less take an order. By the time I got my order which was extremely wrong, it was literally melting and running down the guys hands m. It was terrible this was my first and last cold stone experience at this location.

I love this ice cream and the staff was very friendly.

Typical Cold Stone. Really the most obnoxious thing about the place is it’s location on the very end of the street where there is no parking, so everyone tries to do illegal u turns in front of it.

First and last time I will be coming to this place. Nothing wrong with the service or the product. Any company that finds it appropriate to expect a tip on top of your hourly wage for doing your job is not somewhere I want to go. Tipping to begin with is a disgraceful thing that people need to realize was brought over from Europe for rich people to show off wealth at the expense of poor people. And if you want to make more money than what you're getting paid then find a job that is worth getting paid more to do, not serve ice cream that cost $10 and then I'm supposed to pay a $2 tip at 20%?
