I did an online order with this store recently. I had difficulties ordering the ice cream cake I wanted delivered, and the staff went out of their way to try to find a way to make the website work. It's so refreshing to find a business willing to go the extra mile. And, of course, the cake was absolutely gorgeous and delicious.

I was in the area of Safeway at 38th and Wadsworth which put me close to a Baskin and Robbins. I thought about it and decided to try it. It had been a long while since I had been in there. The one young woman on duty was not nearly as friendly as all of the one who I encounter at Cold Stone. There are going to be different flavors no matter where one goes. I maintain that Cold Stone is the best yet for me. These same owners of this store also have stores at various places in the NW quadrant of the metro area. Therefore, to me, these Cold Stone locations are the best places in the NW metro area! Also, the dress code seems to be better at Cold Stone.Lee Stroud, MBA and ice cream lover

Fantastic place! The new owners have made the atmosphere so friendly! The staff seem to be working hard but still enjoying themselves. It's Coldstone so the ice cream is wonderful of course. The owner takes suggestions seriously. I would go out of my way to get this service, always puts a smile on my family's faces.

Been in twice to take advantage of the Nintendo promotion. Both times, they had the promo stuff in the store but no cups. Come on, are you running the promotion or not? We went a week after it started and a month after it started. I'll try a different store.

Rude 2-3 staff so busy cleaning not helping customers. Refused to make a shake. Stating they stop making shakes at 9pm. Its 8:35?? Upsetting!!!I wont be back.
Went there today at 3:00 PM no other customers in the store and ordered a gotta love it size. Didn’t appear staff was trained as after i ordered the girl had someone else ring me in. Wanted to use my rewards so she rang it in wrong. Was busy watching what the cashier was doing and the girl mixing my ice cream added the wrong mixin. Asked when she handed it to me if she put the toasted coconut in and she said yes. Got home and not toasted coconut, regular coconut. Think they need more training!
