Came in tonight and was told they were “out of bananas” and needed them to make any smoothie. Don’t think the staff wanted to make a smoothie on a Saturday evening over an hour before they closed.
The employees at this location are always high and just stare at you instead of helping you with your order 😂 The ingredients are also never nearly as fresh as they are at the other locations
Stood there for 10 minutes with no greeting. The tall younger guy with dreads was the only working his butt off. That guy needs a raise! The shorter lady with visor could have helped him but just walked around chatting and distracting other coworkers. She asked the poor guy at the very end if he needed help when it was much too late
Tables were dirty, speaker was broken and was blasting fuzzy music
The salads are delicious and they really pack them full. I tried the acai bowl for the first time and i was so impressed!
Great food, complete meal with protein, modestly priced
First time visiting recently and I had a good experience. The honey mustard chicken wrap was really delicious. The agua fresca were fantastic, I especially liked the pomegranate lemon. I also tried an açaí bowl and it was good, pretty status quo. I will definitely be returning, just not too often since it is quite pricey for a fast casual place.
Completely messed up our order. It’s not rocket science, read the paper, put it in the bowl. Hire better, do better. Maybe your employees did it on purpose because I didn’t tip on a pick up order. It’s already ridiculously expensive for a salad. You don’t deserve a tip and this restaurant doesn’t deserve our business. Horrible experience.
They keep closing early for no reason? This is the third Sunday I’ve tried to get Crisp & Green and they’ve closed before dinner time.
Many pieces of rotten lettuce.Terrified that we are going to get food poisoning from the 3 bites that we had before realizing it was spoiled. Inedible

I rarely leave reviews but the buffalo blue wrap was so good I felt like I had to. The person helping me was also very friendly! Keep up the good work!
Ordered online and even though I was late they hadn't started my acai bowl yet. They didn't put a spoon in the bag. And to be honest the bowl was very small. The granola was just raw oatmeal. Won't be coming here again.
I placed an order here last month for a salad with tofu instead of chicken, and a wrap without the jalepenos. Both orders were incorrect- the salad came with chicken, and the wrap came with jalepenos. I went back and checked my order and validated that I placed it correctly. I called the store and spoke to a female employee who apologized and asked if I wanted the order remade or refunded. I asked for a refund because we live 20 minutes away from this location and did not want to return. The employee assured me that the refund would be back in my account within 3-5 business days. I kept tabs on it, and was never refunded. One week later, I emailed the [email protected] email address explaining the situation and requesting a refund. I never received a reply. This was a $30 order that was completely incorrect. Horrible service from start to finish.
Came by for lunch on Sunday during posted open hours and it was closed with no sign.
Almost too saucey, which is hard to do for me. Loved it.
