UPDATE!The owner of this location contacted meHe explained that we did receive the correct cone size and i confirmed by the color of the wrapping. It was just 1 medium cone inside another medium come.I was at this location on 3-28-24 at approximately 2:30pm. Ordered a medium vanilla cone. As my mother was eating it she started to see more paper inside of the cone that was wrapped around the another cone. We were given a medium cone, but inside of that cone was a small cone with the paper wrapping on it. So, they made a small cone realized their mistake and put the small cone inside a medium cone. I was not very happy about the deceit.

There is one lady there lately that has been rude and LAZY! The cups are not filled all the way with ice cream. Plus she tried to lie to my husband and say you could only have vanilla ice cream in the treats. When we order chocolate ice cream in ALL our treats, every time we are there. Which is often. Lol This location is a hit or miss. Sometimes you get good people working, other times it's not so good. I just wish they would train everyone to make the treats approximately the same, EVERY TIME!-Thanks

This location, as of right now, has good service. The service for a while was terrible. The cones were put together very sloppy.This crew seems to put some care into putting together your treat. I sure hope this crew stays awhile.

It's a bit difficult to pick up orders for rideshare delivery customers when you have to repeat yourself over and over because staff wears headphones and can't hear what you're saying, regardless if they claim management says it's okay for them to wear personal headphones while working.
They forgot an item for one of my Doordash customers, but the employee at the window insisted that it was all there. You think it's cool to mess with someone's Doordash ratings?
