I am obsessed with Dcha Cafe. There are a million boba tea places around here, but this is the ONLY one I've found with ginger fruit tea. It's real ginger with the right balance of sweet and spice! My go-to order is cold ginger fruit tea with regular boba, and it hits the spot every time. Service is solid; I regularly order ahead online and it's always ready by the time I expect it. I don't love the atmosphere inside, it could feel a little cozier, but there are tables outside. This will be my regular spot for a long time!
Parking: Street parking is always available within a block of the cafe.

I wanted to like this place so bad. Some of their flavors are very good, but both times I’ve gone, I’ve ended up feeling very sick afterwards. I brought a friend, and she experienced the same feelings. I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but maybe go to one of the several other boba places around Belmar.

Great location near lots of shopping, with plenty of free parking right across the street. The server was fast and friendly, though I was disappointed she charged me for two full shots of espresso, when I only asked for a quarter of one. Most places charge less because I’m basically buying milk in a glass. I was grateful for their sugar free syrup selection, however. That was a nice surprise! My husband's Americano with cream was also flavorful and satisfying. We’ll definitely be back again for some boba tea!

The staff is nice. But that's the only good thing I have to say. I was not notified until I had paid and tipped that they were out of boba, well technically, they had half a scoop. I was recommended the brown sugar jelly as an alternative only to be told it wasn't available either. So I left with two drinks that I was unsatisfied with. One that had 12 boba in it, and one that had some weird lychee jelly in it. It's not like you can taste test. I just had to cross my fingers and hope for the best. It did not work out in my favor. This place is not being run appropriately. The issues here is management.
