Last time I’ll visit this place. I was served by the owner. I ordered 3 chicken sandwiches to go and when I opened them, they were mini sized with only fours small pieces of chicken. I paid about 30 bucks for the three. I hope this post helps other customers. Save your money!! Stay away from this place..

Stood there 5 mins for a pickup with no acknowledgement, only 1 other customer in the store. "Working on it now." Almost another 5 mins later they realize it is the 1 order in the warmer box.

I ordered 3 things toast chicken and Mac n cheese I got the Mac n cheese wrong size no toast and charged for brisket. Always knew it was pricey but these guys just had no clue. Wasn't even busy!

Food was dry, unseasonably and just plain disrespectful! I ordered the 3 meat plate with Mac n cheese and potato salad. I'm highly disappointed!!!! I paid almost $20 for a meal that wasn't worth it. The pulled pork, ribs and brisket was dry!! The sides weren't flavored at all. The customer service was absolutely ridiculous. I won't be coming back.

My family has ordered a Cajun Turkey from Dickey's for the past 7 years. This year, I was astounded when I was handed a raw, partially frozen, and unseasoned turkey which I pre-paid $92 for [I could have gone to my local grocery store and bought the same thing for 1/3 the price]. The Cajun Turkey is typically injected with marinade and fried, and needs only reheating to serve. It's been this way for the past 7 years. I was told I need to speak to 'corporate' because this year they were told not to 'cook' them?!?! I am not prepared to deal with a completely raw turkey the night before Thanksgiving dinner. This is why I order the Cajun Turkey. I am beyond disappointed, and this is not the product I expected when I ordered. I feel deceived.

Ribs were days old. sausage was days old. Sliced brisket came chopped, and was as dry as the desert. The family size sides were single serving size so the 8 people I bought for couldn't even get sides Oh and the Texas toast was stale hard rolls. I hope this place goes under. it is clearly owned by people who do not care what soever for food quality and service.
