We order from this Dominos about once a month. 80% of the time, the pizza is hot, good, and exactly what we ordered. 20% of the time I wonder how my pie was allowed out of the store. I get it, dinner service is busy but please don't force me ask you to replace my mangled pizza. Just offer to send a fresh one. Offer a discount or a free pizza, something... I'm pretty disappointed, but I will say that the replacement I had to ask for was one of the best looking pizzas I have ever received from you, so thanks.
Order 50 bucks worth of food and didn't get half of my order. So I called to complain maybe I would get a refund of some sort but the manager refused to take responsibility and hung up on me. Illnever
There is allegedly sauce on this pizza. They didn’t forget to put it on. It’s just such a minuscule amount that I don’t see it let alone taste it… definitely asking for extra next time, if I ever come again. Honestly Blackjack is so so so much better and basically the same price. This was very disappointing.
Took 60 minutes to deliver a pizza after it was ordered and was suppose to be out for delivery. Called them and was told there is nothing that they can do about it. Pathetic.
My last order extremely late with no updates - marked as a 36 -46 minute wait time initially but ended up being over 90 minutes. This location is extremely busy and will mark orders as done before they actually are, I have shown up after the website says my order is ready and still had to wait 5 - 10 minutes to pick up my order.
why are you reading dominos reviews? go to Blackjack up on Garrison. best local ‘chain’ pizza in town. ask about their carry out deals. always phenomenal.
staff at this dominos location has always been friendly and prompt, but their product is just absolute ass 9/10 times
Ordered a 2 liter soda which failed to deliver or refund. I needed to call and got a run around. I was 1st told this store was not my delivery store but I confirmed it was a failure from this store.

This location is the home of skimpy toppings. Beef to be precise. I hear they have to cook their beef separately. It's more work and they don't like it. Order double beef and it will be less than single beef, but they will be happy to take your money for double. I checked with another Domino's and they agreed it was not double. This Domino's on Lewis in Lakewood will pretend that it's the right amount!

Placed an order at 6pm; estimated delivery time was “36-49” minutes. After an hour and a half, I called the store. A manager (?) told me “I was lucky - up until 5pm the delivery window was 2 to 2 1/2 hours. I asked why the delivery time was shown as 36-49 minutes and manager hung up. It’s now been 2 hours - still no pizza. Will never order from Lakewood Domino’s again.

No one answers the phone. Items were forgotten and I just want a refund. Corporate spends money on commercials and forgets about the customer.

I’ve come to this location many times, but the interaction I had yesterday will be my last interaction at the store.
I waited in my truck until the tracker said my order was complete. I then went into the store and waited for an additional 10 minutes. When I voiced my concerns, what seemed to be manager on duty started to chastise me as if I was a child saying things like “who do you think you are” and that I needed to wait like everybody else.
Doesn’t even deserve 1 star

DO NOT ORDER!!! I specified leave at door and included a message to call/text as my doorbell is broken, the driver silently left the food on the porch early in the delivery window, so when I went to check it was ice cold. Called and was told it was my fault for not checking the pizza tracker. worst support ever order from literally anywhere else.

Have eaten here plenty to say, save your money. They don't care and it shows through their work.
Carl was awesome, I asked if I could have a straw in my delivery notes and when he arrived he explained that Domino's doesn't even carry straws and he had taken it upon himself to go to one of their neighboring stores and he got me a straw! Amazing customer service!

I liked this dominoes until today. I had issues ordering online: my card kept getting charged but order not going through so I called to place the order and let them know I’d show that my card was charged when i arrived. I understand this is a mistake and I’m defying NO WAY mad or upset because I will obviously get my money back, through them or filing a dispute on my credit card. The manager gets on to take my order and right off the bat is acting rude and defensive (like I was mad or something) I still understand because she probably felt with customers who might get upset over this so I brush it off and just say I’ll put my order in with you so I can just bypass the technical issues. She wouldn’t let me order the exact same because those are online deals (a little dumb that they couldn’t honor it but still not that big of a deal) …. What makes me decide to leave a 1 start is because when I got there I asked for her ( the manager) like she asked me to and the girl went to get her and she refused to come talk to me and sent a new girl who had no idea how to even work the register so I just said can I get corporates number just in case the charges don’t fall off I can call them to assist me (because I was basically already told that’s what I would need to do) the whole time the manager was looking over like I was an issue which was weird because it’s literally not that big of a deal
It sucks I didn’t get the online point but they usually expire anyway. She gets a 1 star for her weird offensive attitude, not knowing the address to her own location, and creating an issue that wasn’t even an issue. For someone to be in management, it weird that her new employee was WAY more cordial and friendly than she was. Do better! And hats off to the new girl who handled the manager’s responsibilities with poise.
