Service is good but more than half my breakfast sandwich had big pieces of egg shells in it. How are you not going to see that when you’re making the egg..

I wrote a bad review for this location before, and deleted it because I thought maybe it was unfair.
I take that back. This location is terrible. No attention to detail. Incorrect orders MULTIPLE times, they dont secure the coffee lids, 30 dollars for two bagel sandwiches and coffee and they dont even prepare it correctly.
It's obvious it's a problem with management.

I live this location! It is a block from my house and I go here pretty much every morning. The new GM noticed I come daily and asked if I lived/worked around there and introduced himself, which I thought was very kind. The workers are always so fast and even if there is a line, they get you moving fast. Great customer service!

I went to the store on 52nd and Wadsworth, They mixed up my order for some reason it went to the store on 490 Wadsworth.. I went to pick up my order first of all they were not toasted as it says on the receipt and they were out of both of the bagels so they’ve put in chocolate and something else and I don’t eat sugar. Didn’t even tell me this when I left. I had to bring them back and they were like oh I’m sorry we were out so we threw in what we could. I am never coming back here again. I’ve only been here twice and they’re always out of bagels or they forget to toast it. The app is useless. It’s quicker to go in and order than it is to wait 30 minutes for your food to show up on the table.
