Stopped in before I went to work, felt like having a bagel. I was a little concerned to stop because I was actually a little behind getting to work. I took a chance I figured I'd have maybe 10 minutes to wait for my food. I anticipated a wait because it was breakfast time. I ordered my food from one gentleman and the gentleman behind him was listening to me place my order. I paid for my food and was putting everything back into my purse when the other gentleman that had been listening put the food on the countertop and told me that that was my order. I was completely impressed I said "oh that fast?"and he replied I was listening. This happened on October 20th. I didn't get either gentleman's names but I'll tell you what Einstein-Bagel you did a good hire times two. Not to mention the bagel as always was delicious.

I really enjoy eating at this location. The store is clean and organized and the staff can be pretty helpful. In particular Clint and Jalen are very friendly and always go above and beyond to help me out. I would totally recommend this location for anyone wanting a fresh yummy bagel!!

There are no Einstein bagel stores where I live in Washington, so I was excited to see there was one near my sister's home in Colorado. I've been feening for a power bagel for a while now and was excited to get one. I didnāt see them in the case and was really disappointed. Then the manager pointed out where the last two were tucked away. Joy and rapture! These folks were super nice and helpful, and the bagel and schmear were to die for. Thanks for an awesome breakfast!

Poor communication a little competitive nobody wanted to answer the phone for about 30 minutes for me to have to go try to pick up my order. The first order got stolen and then when I called back to say that one of the items in the order was not in there, just give me a bunch of attitude go to a different Einsteins

I have gone twice in the morning for the self-service and the coffee is horrible cold and it was hot coffee
I visited Einstein Bros. Bagels today and had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. When I asked the employee if I could pay with two cards, she looked behind her and laughed with a coworker. I really wanted to ask what was so funny, but I ignored it. After taking my first payment, she closed the window, said something else while laughing, and then took my second payment.
Then, she had the audacity to give me back the reader and ask if I wanted to leave a tip, I informed her I hadnāt selected anything. I felt like saying, āI have more than enough to pay for my $14 order; I just wanted to use the $12 Apple Cash someone sent me.ā But why should I even have to explain myself at all.
I was a bit upset but mostly flabbergasted. It seemed so unprofessional to laugh at a customer, especially over something so trivial. Had I been a struggling student or a single mom, would that have been funny? Iāve never understood why people find it necessary to judge strangers like that. I hope this feedback encourages a more respectful and understanding attitude in the future. I will not be visiting this location again.

Went to the drive through and was told to wait. There was no one in front of me. Waited 5 mins then backed out and went inside where I stood at the counter for another 5 mins. Iām the only one in line. Had employees walk by and not even make eye contact with me. I was planning on ordering a breakfast sandwich and latte but by the time they took my order I was running late so I just got a cold bagel and filled my own coffee. These kids should not be employed if they canāt even acknowledge a customer when thereās nobody else in the store.

Was super expensive for not so good quality the couldn't eat my sandwich. Bagel was entirely too hard so was my wife the drinks definitely not Ziggy's but I wouldn't recommend I wouldn't go there but some people like it not for me thought
