Janusz was wonderful to work with for our wedding cake. He was happy to show us examples of similar work he’s done in the past and draws detailed sketches to give you an idea of what the final product will look like. He even sent us a video explaining his final sketch and had a great idea for incorporating some personal details into a sugared cake topper instead of hidden in the cake tiers like we had originally asked for. The cake turned out beautifully, and tasted even better! We saved the top and had one slice every month after our wedding, and it was always just as good as the day it was made!

The chef at Elegant Bakery did a fabulous job on the cakes for my daughter’s wedding. He’s super friendly and helped us select the cake flavors and did the exact design my daughter wanted. Not only was the cake pretty, but it tasted delicious as well. We had two different flavors, and they weren’t your typical plain wedding cake. These had bespoke fillings that were amazing and a huge hit with the guests. Highly recommend!!
