Customer service was great. The temperature of the food was very good and the sandwich was very very good. The cleanliness of the restaurant was not we had to clean off our own table.

Parking: I am handicap and it was difficult to find a place although we did find one within five minutes

5yrs going to this location. Issues just about every time. Depending on what time you go you can find some or all employees out front smoking cigarettes and/or weed. The service takes so long, really the amount of time to make a sammy is wild. Left and found NO meat on the sandwich. Just lettuce. Was met with an attitude when I went back …and I could hear what he was saying under his breath to the others irritated that I was irritated my 20 dollar sandwich was missing the main ingredient?!

I placed my order and paid using the app, and I walked in on a Friday evening, about 5:30. There were only two other customers in the place. I told them I was looking for an online order and a young man by in the counter said it will be 3 minutes.

I stood there waiting, watching everybody. Everybody was busy behind the counter, they were putting together a very large order and had a stack of well over 50 boxes lined up along their window tables in an assembly line. 10 minutes. After 15 minutes I finally said excuse me, I'm waiting for my order. The young person that told me it would be 3 minutes said from across the room "it's ready". When they handed me my bag, it had been sitting there for a very long time. When I finally got my food back home to the group my bread was soggy and the meat was barely warm.

I've had great experiences at other Firehouse subs, but I don't think I will go back to this one.

Store is not open until 10pm as this Google business shows. I showed up up at 8:50, thinking I had plenty of time and was denied service because they were about to close. They weren't closed yet but the employee was out front smoking a cigarette and denied me my one sub that he could have made, just didn't want to. I'm disappointed.

My first and last time ordering from this location...first, I ordered 2 Coke Zero bottles and was given 2 Diet Coke cans which obviously are not the same amount of drinks...then, I ordered the Captain's Club and it had NO bacon, hot sauce, or red pepper flakes...so I paid for items I did not receive...also, the employees made no effort to compensate me for the drink issue

I made an online order for pickup at 11:40. I received the salad at 11:50. When I got back to the office, I found out there were no extra cucumbers, no turkey, and no ham. What is the point of an online order if they can’t keep up with the volume? Other people walked in and placed an online order and were told the same: “Your order is not ready, and it will be a while.” I spent $14 on this salad. I’m hoping for a refund. This service was completely unacceptable. I even arrived two minutes late just in case the order wasn’t ready.

Didn't receive full order, when I contacted the restaurant they hung up on me the first time and then abruptly put me on hold on subsequent attempts to resolve the issue...I highly recommend not giving this location your business...super unprofessional!!

Went in at 7:45 pm to an empty sandwich shop to order 8 sandwiches for work. The gentlemen working inside with a short cut ginger beard was condescending and clearly uninterested in working at work. Told me I was trying to order catering when in fact I was trying to order 8 sandwiches in a customer vacant store. Went to J mikes across the street they were happy to help (and the sandwiches are better) Just like that firehouse is no longer a store I will use for lunch orders ever again. Too bad!
