Firehouse Subs Union One

I love these subs usually. The union location has unfortunately bummed me out the past two times. I always tip 5 bucks, but the last orders have missed various things like the mustard and olives on my sandwich. My order is always for 4, since we have kids. I trust getting home they have it correct…but it sucks when you go before busy hours and it still isn’t correct. Great staff, but I don’t like that I feel if I go here again I’ll have to check my subs before I leave. :(

Was refused service and then told it was going to take 10 minutes to take my order in the restaurant. Bad service rude young man up front and the manager is the worst probably still in college. We order there every week but from now on will be going to Jersey Mike's

Delicious. This has become my favorite local sub place. The quality and service has been great. Something about that Hook and Ladder...got it twice this week. Wish I could have it all the time.

Ordered ahead for lunch for myself and a coworker only to have basically nothing i had asked for on either sandwich, zero mustard, olives, cucumbers, bell peppers, literally nothing, asked for extra pickles didn't get those either. What's the point of ordering ahead when you apparently need to babysit the people making your food just to get what you actually wanted and paid for.

My wife came in and ordered our dinner tonight November 8th 2025 at 6:10pm, I had an engineer, She had a cajun chicken with bacon.

We got our subs and they were prepared wrong and SOAKED with mayonaise. The bread was literally falling apart in my hands. First time in my life ordering from here and we both COULDNT stoumach eating our dinner we just paid almost 40$ for.

On top of that they forgot cheese on both of our sandwiches, even after my wife called me and said they have no mozzerrella.
Which running out of mozzerella is the common theme at this restuarant. They havent had mozz the last 4 times i ordered there.

Whoever these idiots making these sandwiches are should be fired. They take way too long to prepare an order and they STILL manage to screw it up.

This is the LAST time i order from this place. I used to Love firehouse and boasted about how good it always is. Its apparrent quality has gone down hill and these idiots preparing the food dont care about the customers or the brand image. Turned a lifelong customer away. Literally mcdonalds is putting out better quality food than this place and that is saying something. Absolutely repulsed

I went in lastnight at around 7pm and when I got in there, there was 3 workers and only one customer they were making sandwiches for. I went to the register and ordered my food paid for it and I proceeded to wait. I then waited like a good 10 mins and I began to get curious what was taking 3 people to finish one person's order and then my one sandwich. So I asked them if my sandwich was even being made yet and I was told no that they were getting started on it now 10 mins after I ordered. I then asked why they choose to do the doordash orders first when that should be lower priority then the people that are ordering in person for themselves. I didn't get to read his name tag but if assume it was the manager of the other 2 for the night due to him giving rude toned orders to the other dude, he chose to throw off his gloves pull out his phone and threaten me to leave or he'd call the cops and this was without giving me a refund or my food. So I sat there through the threat and he walked fast to the little chair they have in the back room and sat down rubbed his face and came back out to work again. It's really unproductive to be doing a assembly line on the sandwiches you have 3 dudes that have to look at the ticket to see what the sandwich even is and what to put on it, it would be way smarter and more productive to have them make their own sandwich to speed it up and have no confusion. Then they gave me my food with no receipt like that was gonna stop me from getting the number or from leaving a review. Make orders in store top priority also makes no sense why doordash orders are made first. For what too? To sit there and get soggy and cold or warm? Little man that threatened shouldn't be working there anymore he has a short fuse and dont know how to control it.

My mom and I ordered sandwiches with the works and hers had only meat and bread and was fatty and inedible. The owner Brandon refused to refund us and acted arrogantly.
