First Watch

If I could rate this I would put a zero! It was our first time there. We waited over 30 minutes for our food. Then when it did come it was completely burnt and black. All that was ordered was 2 pancakes. Nothing else no substitutions.

Only issue, noisy, hard to visit

Came in for a pickup order. Other guests were at register, so I waited aside. The woman behind the register cashed the 1st guest out and cashed 2nd guest out. Not a look at me to say, "Let me finish, then I'll get you." A finally 3rd guest cash out. Stood there and didn't even acknowledge me there. I was going to say wow I must be invisible. She left her register. Another woman that works there came, and I said, "Am I just supposed to grab the order bag," which positioned behind the register. I didn't want to be accused of stealing. I grabbed my order and asked the 2nd woman if I may speak to a manager or supervisor. She said that's the manager ( 1st woman) wow a manager acts like that? Very unprofessional!!!!!

Wheelchair accessibility is subpar. Staff is friendly, though on a very cold day, after I requested a table away from the front door, we were seated near the front door even with empty seats farther away. (This location’s front door is only about 15-20 ft from the first tables.) I ordered a ham and Gruyère toasted sandwich. There was ample ham, the flavor was good, but the amt of Gruyère was minuscule. Wouldn’t order again. The others in our party enjoyed their meals—eggs Benedict, and biscuits and gravy.

Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible? Sort of. There ARE wheelchair accessible parking spaces (two)on the backside of the building only. One must travel from their car on the East side of the building completely around to the front of the building on the north side to reach the entrance, first going past 2-3 other businesses and turning 3 corners before reaching the front door. Possible, but not ideal.

Food is fantastic, but it was freezing cold inside the restaurant and the weather is 32° outside. Due to this, our food got cold fast. Please make environment more comfortable for your paying customers.

Dietary restrictions: Better than most restaurants.

The food is why we keep coming back! A great menu using quality ingredients at a decent price. Love the choices for sides here as well. (mixed greens, fruit, or pick a biscuit and gravey for an upgrade!)

Food is okay, kind of basic. Got overcharged for sub-par coffee. Seriously one pot of coffee is almost $8! And the pot wasn’t even full! We only got three cups worth of coffee. Not worth $2.66 a cup, rather get coffee from Starbucks.

Was very disappointed there was a long hair in my coffee cup .

I imagine the food is good. Never got an opportunity to eat there. we sat for over an hour at our table with no server returning to check on us, and ended up leaving hungry.

Music is so uncomfortably loud and when you realize it is to make you leave and not linger, it's impossible not to be annoyed.

The waitress was super nice. I ordered an omelet and steal cut oats. The omelet was good, but not hot, just warm. The oats were not made to order. I wanted them grainy, they were mushy and barely warm. They took them back and brought me watery oats at room temperature. Did not eat them. I've eaten at First Watch many times, but in Texas, where my order was always nice and hot and oats were made to order (and hot too). Who wants to eat room.temp food in this cold weather?

Disappointing experience. Our waitress Hailey brought the check 3 minutes into us receiving our food and didn’t check on us again after that. At first I thought she must have been getting off work but as we were leaving we saw she was still serving tables. I wanted to order a golden cinnamon roll for the kids but didn’t want to have to go find someone and ask to be served.

The food was amazing per usual. One of my favorite places to eat!

I’m glad that first watch has a variety of different options to choose from beside the traditional pork breakfast. Thank you ?
Place is pretty busy during peak hours and best to reserve a table before the drive to off beat wait time. Also during those hours the waiters are constantly waiting tables so you might not get a refill right a way but usually just give a quick wave works just fine.
Overall the place is great and the staff is friendly.
