After a long day of traveling we were in starvation mode, desperate for fries and forgiveness. The man at the counter deserves a trophy. Or My 12-year-old stared at the menu like it was written in ancient hieroglyphics and asked questions like she’d never been to Earth before: “What’s on a hamburger?” He didn’t flinch. Not once. Just smiled and calmly helped her build her burger masterpiece like a true burger whisperer. The food was chef’s kiss. But here’s the real kicker—I left my purse. My entire purse. On a chair. Like a rookie. We drove away, and I didn’t even realize it was missing until we were miles down the road. Cue the panic spiral. We called, and not only had they found it—they had it waiting for me, untouched and full of all its worldly treasures (including gum wrappers and 14 lip glosses, no judgment please). These guys? Honest. Patient. Burger-genius-level kind. FIVE STARS across the board. If I could give them five more, I would. Thank you, Five Guys, for feeding us, humoring us, and proving that good people and good burgers do still exist.

The person who took my order never said one word to me. Even after I placed my order she never said anything to me. She gave me my receipt as I was looking for a place to sit down every single table was disgusting and covered in crumbs. The floors were covered in crumbs. There was almost nobody in there except for myself and two more customers. a Third customer ordered and when her food was done instead of just bringing it out to her, they called her number and it was sitting on the counter for almost 5 minutes getting cold. How difficult is it to look down at your counter and realize that somebody hasn't picked up the food and go take it 10 ft to them? This is what happens when there's a lack of management and 4 teenagers running the store. As expensive as this place is I expect decent customer service and some cleanliness

On road trip heading up the mountain and heading west on i70? Get a burger here!!! Regular burgers come with two patties and most the extras are FREE!!!

Food was great as always but the price has skyrocketed and unfortunately I can't justify the cost anymore.
The burgers are delicious, I really liked them, the flavor is truly unique, the meat is very delicious. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is ideal with music

Premium price for a mediocre (at best) burger. Don't bother telling them what toppings you want on your burger, they are gonna make it however they want. Want fries extra crispy. Well that's apparently code for undercooked and greasy. There is not a single other burger joint I would rate below this place. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Usually a great spot! Known for stuffing bags full of fries, was severely lacking. Ordered $8 fries and a 10oz cup was hardly even filled. Burgers were great, fries were hot, but half my fries were missing when I got my order (Ordered through GrubHub) and I know that driver wasn't eating them cause the bag was sealed up perfectly. $8 for a half order of fries is wild.
