The burgers and fries are great. They even give you enough fries for two people. The shakes SUCK! I thought i was given chocolate milk with too much chocolate in it instead of a thick shake. Then when I said something about it, the boy said he couldn't fix it. For the money I paid, it was definitely not worth it.

After a long day of traveling we were in starvation mode, desperate for fries and forgiveness. The man at the counter deserves a trophy. Or My 12-year-old stared at the menu like it was written in ancient hieroglyphics and asked questions like she’d never been to Earth before: “What’s on a hamburger?” He didn’t flinch. Not once. Just smiled and calmly helped her build her burger masterpiece like a true burger whisperer. The food was chef’s kiss. But here’s the real kicker—I left my purse. My entire purse. On a chair. Like a rookie. We drove away, and I didn’t even realize it was missing until we were miles down the road. Cue the panic spiral. We called, and not only had they found it—they had it waiting for me, untouched and full of all its worldly treasures (including gum wrappers and 14 lip glosses, no judgment please). These guys? Honest. Patient. Burger-genius-level kind. FIVE STARS across the board. If I could give them five more, I would. Thank you, Five Guys, for feeding us, humoring us, and proving that good people and good burgers do still exist.

She gave me my receipt as I was looking for a place to sit down every single table was disgusting and covered in crumbs. The floors were covered in crumbs. There was almost nobody in there except for myself and two more customers. a Third customer ordered and when her food was done instead of just bringing it out to her, they called her number and it was sitting on the counter for almost 5 minutes getting cold. How difficult is it to look down at your counter and realize that somebody hasn't picked up the food and go take it 10 ft to them? This is what happens when there's a lack of management and 4 teenagers running the store. As expensive as this place is I expect decent customer service and some cleanliness
