Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I went through the drive thru last week. I came home and noticed part of my order was missing, I live 15 mins away so it is not close by to go get the missing food. I called and told them, the girl said they would send out coupons, it's been a week i never received anything in the mail. I called yesterday the manager was rude, and said they were gonna send them out yesterday, but didn't take my name, phone number, or mailing address.

After ordering on the app I went to pick up my order. Unfortunately the order didn't go through. Ryan at the Lakewood location came through and comped me a double combo which I wasn't expecting. I tried to pay but he wasn't having it. What a pleasant experience and thanks again Ryan!

I have never had a problem here there have been some issues but with the amount of times I have been there I call it good. food is always consistent.

The best option for a not so fast food burger, and the fries are almost as good as the cheese curds.

Employees seemed to be having fun. The custard always slaps.

I had to repeat my order 3 times before the guy understood something simple like no cheese. Eventually said no queso and the guy got it. I shouldn't have to say no queso in the United States for no cheese........ And the microwave bacon certainly sucked donkey bal......

This place was delicious the first few times I ate it. Since then I haven't gone here any more. It's expensive, the food tastes cheap and the service is no bueno.

I ordered her last time. I get a bacon cheeseburger and a chili cheese dog. The fries and the ice they put in your drink are to die for. 😉 The concrete slabs of ice cream are most excellent too.

When you order they make it while you wait in the drive through. Which is cool to me, I love the fresh hot food I pay for. The wait is long, sometimes too long, by the time you get to the window your hot food is now cold because they gather faster than they give it out.

The service is mediocre at best or unless they see a Latino in front of them maybe their attitudes differ from another person. That is another gripe for another day.

The food was ok when I got home. The meat was under cooked. I can't eat raw food, I'm not a savage! Cook my dang food! The hotdog is just a dog with chili and cheese and delicious onions. We wait for the food, it should come cooked not half ass. Food is expensive on families, and I feel Freddy's just shows up and don't put the effort in anymore. So they get 3 stars 🤩 today from me. May your experience be more pleasant than mine was. Adios amigos.

This restaurant used to have issues with sending out under cooked food, but lately, they have been on top of things. They still don't provide ranch when requested, but I am glad they are getting better.

Have been going to Freddie’s for over 10 years!! My oldest son has been there with us, he is 10!!

Kid-friendliness: Kids love the food and it’s always a good time to spend with the family.

Good Onion Rings

Freddy’s is delicious, good quality food at low prices. We enjoyed the convenience of this location and dined inside. They also have patio seating and a drive thru. Loads of parking make it easy to choose either dine in or drive thru based on your preferences. Our order came up quickly. We got two California Style Double Cheeseburger meals, one with fries and one with onion rings, subbed a brownie custard sundae for one of the drinks. They have some of the best hot fudge ever! The diner atmosphere was nice and the walk up order attendant was friendly, letting us know our options. There were also some cute little Halloween decorations throughout the restaurant. Free refills at the soda machine too. I completely forgot to order the cheese curds, another great reason to visit Freddy’s again soon.

Pricey but better than McDonald's, Burger King or Wendy's

I like the food, everything but they have to clean a little more and there are flies all over Laos, they don't let you eat in peace as you should.
