Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Always an easy choice. I love the smashed burgers and toppings are perfect amount. Can't beat the fries and Freddy's sauce.

I have been coming to this location an embarrassing amount of times the past 6 months. It has gotten to the point that the staff recognizes my voice when I come through the drive thru. The food is phenomenal, but what brings me to write this review is Jacob. I don't know his last name. But I know he is roughly 22 years old and is frequently running the drive thru in the evenings. Jacob gives the kind of guest service most employers dream their staff would give. He has gone above and beyond for me EVERY SINGLE time and keeps me coming back. Never without a smile and a positive attitude. I hope freddys recognizes the kind of guest service Jacob gives. If I had a bussiness of my own, I'd hire him to run it and train staff in a heartbeat.

I met a humorous guy named Jacob. He took my order, and was very courteous. Everything came out perfection. So; shout out to Jacob and the kitchen staff. I’m going back to talk beans with Jacob. Dudes a legend. Also FREDDYS FOR LIFE.

The fact that all employees were standing around 40 minutes before close fully prepared to leave and refusing to take orders in person or through the drive-thru when the hours say that you guys are open until 10PM is wild. Just staring at people and forcing them to wait in the drive-thru without saying anything about closing early and no posting on the door is not okay. All lights were also off when we pulled up. As someone else who works in the food industry, I don't understand the logic of any of it. 5 minutes before close is one thing, but the rudeness 40 minutes before close? Really?

Ordered online & mother picked up. App must have not been efficient, went back told them about our food. The managers Sol and Lillian made them fresh with fries and made it right!! Good service Cuz I love Freddie's always have! Thnx

Jacob is one of the most personable food industry workers I have ever met in my life. I'm not the type of guy to write a review for a fast food place, especially one I have only been to twice, but Jacob made my interactions memorable and positive both times. In the past year, both of my best drive through experiences have been thanks to Jacob and his infectious energy.

Very loud! Not too friendly were aggressive and had attitude and not very friendly facial expressions seemed like they didn't want to take my order. Some of the staff smelt like strong marijuana oder on them, that made me wonder how that's okay too be working under the influence of any type of substance, we are supposed to trust you with making and handling our food but when your staff smell and look like they are very under the influence of substances and it's very noticeable and you can smell it that makes us look at you guys way different and your business different!

Only thing I really order them for is fries and sauce. No sauce.

You sit in line for the drive-through for over 20 minutes. You watch your order sit there in front of the window while the guy tells you he can’t handle you. He has to work with someone else making you late for an appointment. I don’t know that I’ll ever be back again
