Love this place but tonight was bad. We pull up and are the only car there. Was afraid they weren't open. Took over 40 minutes to get our food. They only had 3 garlic bread knots and was told they had no more. Mind you this was at 4:58 P.M.. Brought my lasagna out first and it was cold. Then they brought my husbands chicken, bacon alfredo and the chicken was old or something. Just not a good night for them.

They charged me $14 dollars for their steak & cheese. It arrived in a thin paper box. No drink included. The subs are only 6 inches and they cut it in half to create the illusion you're getting a full meal. The ingredients were skimpy and the meal was uninspired. I couldn't get over how little I got for my money. If you want the best subs at a better price, check out Cheba Hut or Jimmy John's.Avoid the subs here. They are child size. If I spend $14 at JJ's I will get a monster sub I can't finish. ( Nice snack for later.) Chips and a fresh drink. If Giovanni's made an effort to be fair to this could be a great sub. But I had to share my disappointment because I order from here alot and highly recommend their Lobster Ravioli and desserts. Good food. But if you scroll through the comments you will notice other customers making the same complaint: Skimpy portions. So I have to leave a low score based on this alone.

I had the chicken parmesan and it was horrible The pasta was over done and so was the chicken. Not only was the chicken overcooked it had no flavor . The marinara sauce also had no flavor. I was hoping for better with all of the great reviews but the food was so bad I did not even finish it. I will not order from hear again.

Pastries were decent, but there is a strong smell of sewage in the shop that I could smell even through my mask and filter. Also, the girl at the counter had no gloves on and had a mask on, but only in technical terms. The mask was so loose it hung at least a half inch away from her nose, so it wasn't really serving any purpose. Another girl in the back came to the front with no mask, no gloves, she handled a ladle from a food bin, answered the phone without first using sanitizer. I am glad I went into the shop instead of ordering on GrubHub to witness this.

We stopped in last night on a whim and picked up some pastries. Not only are they beautiful, but they are so delicious! Try the almond paste cookies dipped in chocolate, the chocolate cherry cookies, and the buttercream sandwich cookies.

Ordered from doordash and am addicted. The limoncello cake is to die for. That was what I got a couple weeks ago and haven't been able to stop thinking about it. Ordered again today with other food and am in love. The lasagna and chicken bacon alfredo are amazing. We had it for lunch and I'm contemplating ordering for dinner!

Limoncello cake is incredible. Pasta (we had lasagna and chicken bacon alfredo) is amazing. You can taste that it's made from scratch. Closest I've had to what I ate in Italy. I'm addicted to that cake and can't wait to try more!

The woman was incredible rude and they were out of many items. They treated me horribly and I almost walked out without the order.

3 visits so far. Once for lunch and it was delicious. Twice for pastries and desserts. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Excellent hidden gem of a restaurant. Got one big negative, I'll get to that. First of all, the baked goods look incredible and genuine. This is a true scratch kitchen. They bake all their bread, make their own pasta. I really like the touch of the frozen take-out meals, they even have a fridge with half price items that must have not sold from the day before.

Picked up a half pan of lasagna the other night on my way home. Baked it at home, and served some calazoni's with it. Very good, and very easy to do on a snowy night i didn't want to cook! Will be back!
