I have been to Good Times a fair amount in the past year or so and am typically very happy with my experience. However, I went about two weeks ago desperately craving some cheese curds only to discover that they had been discontinued and in their place were the jalapeño cheese poppers. This was soul crushing! In my opinion Good Times cheese curds beat out even Culver's cheese curds. My friends and I decided to get just burgers instead and honestly I wasn't super impressed with them this go around. The burger seemed overly greasy and was soggy within minutes of receiving it. Were my opinion on the burger overly harsh due to the sadness of no cheese curds? Maybe. Either way, I'm sad to say I likely won't be back to Good Times unless they bring back the cheese curds.

We have been getting the same order here for sometime. A chicken burger and a no mayo veggie burger onion rings and fries (wild)
The last few times we have had the order inedible saturated with mayo and cold even the onion rings and fries. Because we eat late we are unable to get the meals corrected. Both my wife and I have experienced rude employees difficult and unwilling to even discuss the issues. Not only have I shown them the many purchases of food on my banking app but supplied receipts. These representatives of good times (im assuming middle management ) have made my decision for me. I will take my money elsewhere and I am sure that I am not alone in this.

Fried ice cream was so good! They gave my dog a paw bender because he was having an anxiety attack in the car (he doesn't like car rides as much) that was so very kind of them. Thankn you for going above and beyond. That meant the world to us. ❣️ will be back. 20/10

Fantastic shake in drivethru (10pm) busy but fast...got mini burgers not good but only really wanted shake and was happy about shake and speed of service.

I stopped into good times to pick up breakfast burritos as I did this morning never have any issues but when I hand a $10 bill over for a four dollar burrito I expect some change and a five dollar bill in return. When the gal at the counter drive-through Hand me a dollar and change I looked at her and said I gave you a $10 bill I should have some change and a five dollar bill. She looked at me like I was the stupid one didn’t bother to apologize or say anything and just kinda handed it to me Over the window!! Boy, she needs some training in customer Service. That’s for damn sure. I hope management reads this post because that will not make me go back.

We stopped in for the shakes & malts. Delicious! The outside patio is surrounded by parking lot & the drive through exit so its not somewhere to pick for the atmosphere. But the frozen custard is yum!

People working here are always nice, and to me it's the best burger place in town and yes that includes in N out. Their spoon benders are awesome and my dogs love the paw benders! Awesome fries too.. and one of the only places around to get a good corn dog.

been going here for at least 5 years and just noticed that the meat quality and just seems like who's ever managing has not been paying attention to the quality of the food like they're spending less money on quality food very disappointing
