It was not a fruitful endeavor to put it kindly. It was not specified that if u got a crepe combo that it would only come with one crepe. Makes no sense to pay more for less of the main entree. Then it’s supposed to be KIDS EAT FREE automatically every day between 4pm and 10pm. We get here, wait 10 minutes or more even though there are NO other customers in the restaurant just to be seated, and then paying the bill we paid for the kids meals. It was THEIR mistake and my husband paid cash they told us we have to tell them about the kids eat free promotion. Even though it’s been a “promo” for years. And we don’t get a cash refund OR a gift card even. But yet it was THEIR mistake. The manager LEO was rude, and complicated. He said next time we come in we have to ask. So we said there won’t be a next time cuz they just stole money from us essentially. AVOID THIS LOCATION it’s not worth it ❌

We specifically come to IHOP because we know that our kids eat free from 4:00 to 10:00 every single day It was not our understanding that we would have to remind the staff to please give us the kids meals for free and when I brought it up to them after the ticket had been closed out The server and the manager refused to help us saying that they couldn't do anything about it I understand that my son-in-law got extremely upset and aggressive but we are all on a tight budget and that's why we came to place like IHOP because it saves us a little bit of money as it was we had to stand and wait at least 5 minutes or more before somebody sat us and we had to wait till somebody gave us menus and the service took just a little too long The food was not the best and then at the end of the entire night we get told sorry you're screwed on getting the free kids meals I can guarantee you we will not be coming back to this IHOP If we encounter this at yet another one we won't come back to IHOP at all I have been in service for 40 years I have never experienced anything like this very disappointed

Really bad customer service and rude workers I was there waiting for more than 20min when the guy told me it was going to be 10min then another family came in and he gave them a table right away I told him why he took them first if we got there first he said he called my name but he never did because I was there the whole time with family then he started to have an attitude that even another customer there told him hi didn’t have to be rude so unprofessional.

Waited 20 minutes for someone to even take my order for to go then waited way over an hour to even get my food got there a little after 6:30 waited forever didn’t even leave until 8:20 at that point I felt like dining in would have been faster then ordering take out I would completely understand if they were slammed with customers but only had three families at most in there it was honestly pretty quiet in there so I didn’t really think I would be waiting almost 2 hours for service my order was 22$ came out to 30$ after tipping paid with 100$ bill got my change back only got 60$ missing 10$ from my change when I asked them about it they took it on them selfs to add a 10$ tip for themselves when I had already tipped them i don’t know what made them think that was okay and was rude in the process of this hole situation once I got my to go boxes the bread on my burger was 100% soggy on the bottom so very disappointing all the way around

The omelets were cold and waitress didn't bring entire order. She was very curt and not at all friendly, barely spoke English. Two omelets with a coffee and diet Pepsi for $48! Will NEVER return and highly recommend that you don't go there either.
I went in Sunday, around 11 am was placed on a short wait (to be expected) I was sat with a very sweet lady with black glasses, I believe her name is Marayna my husband I come in often and she’s always pleasant,very attentive suggested we try something new and upgrade our pancakes they didn’t disappoint and neither did the cooks! She should be recognized, we often see her alone in the evenings and she always handles herself so well, if she’s overwhelmed we wouldn’t know it, the red headed manager who helps seat & grabs our drinks is also very lovely you have a great team keep up the good work everyone!! 😊🙃☺️
