Robert has the BEST customer service I have ever seen in this industry! Such a positive attitude and attentive to all needs. He was calling out orders and greeting each customer as they picked up their food from the counter. He made his rounds through the entire dining area, asking customers if they needed any refills while sweeping anything that was dropped on the floor, such as straw wrappers and food crumbs. In-N-out is lucky to have such a awesome employee!

In-N-Out Burger: Once Great, Now Just Okay
It had been years since I last dined at In-N-Out Burger—my previous experience in LA was nothing short of amazing. Naturally, I had high expectations this time around. Unfortunately, it was a letdown. The food was just okay, nothing special, and quite disappointing overall.
You wouldn’t guess this based on the endless flow of customers, but for me, In-N-Out has lost its charm. After this visit, I’ve decided it’s out for me in the future. In my opinion, Shake Shack offers a far superior burger experience.
Glad to find a in-n-out on it road trip always animal style and well done fries!

Only issue I had was that the patties seemed way thinner compared to the last time I was at an In-N-Out. That was several years ago. Customer service was excellent but I wasn’t impressed with the burger.
