The burger was ok but a bit on the small side. The generous helping of fries were flavorless. The positive was this meal, with a re-fillable soda, was surprisingly cheap, less than $10!
I’ve heard lots of over hype about this chain and this visit satisfied my curiosity in spades.

Robert has the BEST customer service I have ever seen in this industry! Such a positive attitude and attentive to all needs. He was calling out orders and greeting each customer as they picked up their food from the counter. He made his rounds through the entire dining area, asking customers if they needed any refills while sweeping anything that was dropped on the floor, such as straw wrappers and food crumbs. In-N-out is lucky to have such a awesome employee!

In-N-Out Burger: Once Great, Now Just Okay

It had been years since I last dined at In-N-Out Burger—my previous experience in LA was nothing short of amazing. Naturally, I had high expectations this time around. Unfortunately, it was a letdown. The food was just okay, nothing special, and quite disappointing overall.
