This is unacceptable. I ordered a bowl and it came barely filled — maybe halfway at most with 0 bananas and blue berrys🥲🤦🏾😓🫠. For what I paid, I expected a full portion. This kind of service feels careless and makes me think twice about ordering again.

I was welcomed in but after that nothing. I saw a self service kiosk and was asked if I could leave a tip by the worker... Interesting customer service experience but the smoothies were good.

This place has a self ordering kiosk, no customer service, I wanted to add a few ingredients in my smoothie and the options at the kiosk are not available. Had to order basic smoothie with no add ons. Smoothie King will be my go to place for smoothies now.

KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS FROM THIS PLACE! A staff member decided to help themselves to a extra tip on our bill AFTER I LEFT! My original charge was for $26 and looking at my CC statement I was charged $32. Tried calling the place to resolve the issue multiple times and no one will answer the phone. Hope someone from the store sees this and addresses the issue internally

I like this place. They previous location in Bel Mar was much better. Kind of seems like a nightmare business model. A lot of locations are closing. Fresh cut and juiced wheat grass is always " sold out". If you're not doing that anymore, just say so ( Management). I always get great service here. I really appreciate the staff. 3 stars because of the wheat grass situation.
The shake was good but it cost me $10 for some cheap blended frozen mangos, and it took them 30 minutes to complete my order after they're only being two people in front of me.

They said you can’t customize your bowls anymore they you can only do substitutions. So I just ordered online to make my bowl the way I wanted. Their restroom is really dirty. I asked to use the restroom and they said it’s for paying customers only, but I did an online order so I am a paying customer. One of the workers just didn’t seem friendly at all.

They've got great smoothies and snacks. I got a medium smoothie with protein, and was pleasantly surprised when they told me they put it in a large cup because the protein powder causes the smoothie to expand. I enjoyed the warm parmesan pretzel as well, it's nice to have something to go with the smoothie.
