I really love this place. They have some of my most favorite sandwiches.I dinged them for one star because if you go online try and look at the menu just to get an idea what you might want, it's just a BADLY ANGLED picture of only PART of the menu. Am I doing something wrong? You go to the menu tab and there's just a picture of the menu and it's not good. This seems uncharacteristic for Jason's Deli because the rest of the experience for me has been excellent. I think it's a pretty simple thing to mess up on Jason's Deli's part. Should consider putting a decent menu online.

The food is pretty good for the high prices, but the female manager who I placed an order with got the sandwich meat on a pastrami wrong and refused to give me a new sandwich or a partial refund. Staff is rude and unhelpful.
