I was a Jersey fan. It's one of the only food apps on my phone. When I really needed some customer service, I hit a stone wall with the manager at the Wheat Ridge JM. I live near Kipling in Littleton, but I have gone to the Kipling JM in Wheat Ridge. I used the reorder on the app and then went to my JM. Well, the order went to the other Kipling. My shop said call and have them refund my order and they would make me a new one. I called and spoke to the manager, who informed me the order was made and I could pick it up, or they could throw it out. I had bottle drinks, chips, and cookies. The 2 sandwiches were minis. So, had she at least refunded the items that go on the shelf, I probably would have given up the sandwiches as I have a reward for a free one currently. I would have skipped a 1 hour drive and a 42 mile round trip. I will get my last sandwich and delete the app and talk anyone I can out of eating at any Jersey Mike's.

I went there tonight and got an Italian #13 and it was made by a girl named Alyssa and she made such an incredible tasting sub and her attitude and conversation just made my time there outstanding.

We love Jersey Mike's but this experience makes us question if we should go back. We went in today to order a Philly sandwich. The young skinny lady with colored hair and nose piercing began preparing my meal. She grabbed the veggies put them on the grill and then grabbed the Philly Meat directly with her gloves. She then proceeded to cut the meet and veggies. After she cut the meat and veggies she grabbed bread and proceeded to make the next customers sandwich. I simply told the lady if she can wash her hands and change her gloves as she was handling raw meat. She got extremely upset and mubled words under her breath. She proceeded to finish the rest of the grill items and never seasoned my sandwich. She finished all her hot tickets threw my sandwich to the side and just left it there and stormed to the back leaving the sandwich to be wrapped by the cashier. The store was filthy and proper food handling is not happening at this location. The bathroom barely had soap and didn't have any paper towels to dry hands

Employees are useless asf waited 30 min for a Mike's Philly that was never even started on top of arguing with me just to give me a refund will never be back to this sorry ass place

They gave my order to someone else. Door dash went to pick up order said it was picked up already. They would not correct their mistake. Called and spoke to Mgr and was very disrespectful. Will never order from Mike's again

First time dining at Jersey Mikes, the older gentlemen was extremely rude and the other female employee! I Guess a bad attitude is included with your order. Will never eat at any location after my experience. The food is also over priced for a sub.
