We ordered 1 cold sandwich and 4 hot sandwiches. We got our cold sandwich immediately and 30 minutes later we got 1 hot sandwich. An hour later, we still havent gotten the rest of our sandwiches. When asked we were told that we are a small sandwich shop and it will take time. They could have disclosed how long it would take before we ordered. If we wanted to wait this for food, we would have gone to a sit down restaurant.

Love Jersey Mikes, always have, the two guys working today were the worst employees I ever encountered. I don't normally care when my food service people are stoned, sometimes that means better food even, but when you are to stoned to function or remember what was repeated multiple times in the order. Number 7 mike way number 9 regular. I honestly regret the $2 tip, but they ran to process the payment before taking 10-15 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. Consoderomg the place was empty then I walked in that felt a little long.
I would call the nametagless argumenative employees beavis and butt head but moe and curly is probably more apt a moniker.

I love this jersey mikes! The manager is always so sweet when I go in! Not to mention he’s kinda cute never disappointed because they always make the best sandwiches! 10/10 would recommend!

This particular jersey mikes was always our favorite but the past couple times they have majorly dropped the ball. We were there to get sandwiches at 6. They didn’t have anything prepared. Most of the veggies were gone and they said they didn’t have any bread left. Only a couple of dry white loaves were the only option. The mayo tasted way off. The place was a mess and the guys behind the counter were definitely stoned. Don’t think we will be visiting this location again

Done, never again! We always say will give them one more chance to get a pick up order right. We've probably said it 10 times now and we're not doing it ever again. Today once again, they simply cannot follow instructions. They have stupid people with no common sense working here. Hard to believe a large chain like this does nothing to correct it.
