The service is really bad here. I just asked for an Italian sub, but I only wanted salami so I asked for extra since I wasn’t getting the other meats, they put one serving. I went back inside to asked for extra and they wouldn’t so then I just had to ask for a refund… I’m a manager myself and I would have taken care of the customer..

Im not sure what happened here. The meat is not cut up there are pieces of onion skin and most of the cheese has leaked out of the side. This is beyond bad and it cost $22. You can be damn sure I'll never go to this location again

Check your bank statements! Twice, I’ve received duplicate charges for online orders. The first time, my order was canceled be the delivery driver. I reordered and received my food, but I had to work with Jersey Mike’s corporate to get a refund on the duplicate charges. The second time, I did an online pick up. I have 2 exact charges on my account and corporate won’t process a refund. I will not go to this location again. I will also be finding a new national sandwich shop!

The windows are kind of a signal when you walk in your filthy dirty tables are not clean. I was not impressed with the coming of the bathroom either. Just do a better job.

30 minutes for 3 sandwiches. They weren’t even that busy yet 2 employees only seem allowed to wrap or put toppings on. Manager didn’t jump in to help.
Need much better training on gluten free protocols. Other locations do this very well, this one seems completely confused other than to change gloves.
I can see why this location has so many bad reviews… who ever closed at this location on 06/29/2025 is the rudest and most useless individuals out there. Online says 9pm, door says 9pm for closing and he stands at the door at 8:15pm staring at us with no signs of life on his face. How about you teach your employees to use their big boy voices and explain to customers you’re closed even though all your information shows different. Someone from out of town who is unfortunate enough to have to come to this location isn’t aware your times are different.

I am so sick of this location they pay zero attention to your order! We just picked up our order we placed online and everything I wanted on my sandwich was put on my son's sandwich instead. The bread for both sandwiches was smooshed and all the ingredients were coming out, all in very the wrapper, a complete mess! HORRIBLE! They don’t care that you are put out driving twice to pickup your food that should have been made correctly the first time! This is now the second time this has happened to us. It’s sad we love Jersey Mikes and this is the closet location to us but sadly never going back.
Walked in. Waited about 15 minutes to be greeted. Then ordered the baseline of a sandwich with zero response, the staff were like robots. 5 minutes go by and all of a sudden my sandwich is ready without any toppings? Zero customer service, the kid toward the register said I need to make my order at the beginning, I did, but wasn’t prompted to add anything, it was a robotic experience. Please don’t say it’s on my group, nobody said anything on the service line other than what number sandwich. We are not robots, we’re customers.
OK, so we’re just dousing sandwiches with oil today and making them uneatable. officially not ordering from you anymore. Soaked in oil, why would you do that specifically when the person ordering the sandwich specifically asked for no oil on the Sandwich gross, soggy, oily sandwich ever disgusting.
First off., Izzy and Hope made my experience of JM so memorable. Let's start off with the atmosphere. The establishment looks very clean and the aroma smells of fresh bread. I ordered the club supreme with the juice on the side. Hands down, a really nice sub and so large that this will be my lunch and dinner. The extra that Hope and Izzy recommended, let's just say, these two are so dope and kind. I love the extra care and so glad that I came for a visit. Oh. I will be back here tomorrow. Thanks JM and thank you for both Izzy and Hope. Yall two rock so much.

It shouldn't take over an hour to make a few sandwiches. If you value yourself and your time, don't go here.

We ordered 1 cold sandwich and 4 hot sandwiches. We got our cold sandwich immediately and 30 minutes later we got 1 hot sandwich. An hour later, we still havent gotten the rest of our sandwiches. When asked we were told that we are a small sandwich shop and it will take time. They could have disclosed how long it would take before we ordered. If we wanted to wait this for food, we would have gone to a sit down restaurant.
