We had a pick-up order the evening of 3/8, for two sandwiches. Who ever it was working this shift knows how to make sandwiches, heck of a job! I had the Club & I had plentiful of meat and ingredients. My order was a little specific, and it was made to utter perfection. Thank you!!!

Customer service is not how it used to be! I would not recommend going to this Jersey Mike's!! My friend and I walked in and there were 3 employees behind the counter, none of which greeted us or even acknowledged that we were there. No one else was in the building. I walked up to where the cashier was and started to place my order when the second employee who was next to her looked at me and pointed and said "You need to order over there" as they pointed to the third employee. I responded with "well no one said anything". The second employee never said a word, no one else said anything. You could literally cut the tension with a knife when we walked in.As for the sandwiches themselves, the Turkey tasted like it had tuna on it. My friend's sandwich had way too much lettuce even though he said just a little bit. He said the meat tasted kind of weird.

Wouldn’t order delivery, got delivered the wrong sandwich, and was told to come in and pick up the right one after I paid for delivery. Their excuse with delivery is that’s it’s a third party, and they have nothing to do with it right know. When I called the store to let them know, I was hung up on for complaining about it being wrong. The district manager gave the same excuses. Maybe make sure your stores do better quality check before sending out deliveries if you guys aren’t able to fix it if you send it out wrong.

Yesterday Feb 21, 2023 I went here and they got my order wrong. No biggy, as it can be redone. They refused, so I cancelled order (in-store purchase). Cashier with multicolored hair, said I was not clear on my order. The guy I placed the order with, we repeated 3 times to be clear. He confirmed, but instead of making new 1, the lady who puts it together just tried to scramble the 1 around to make it right. I looked at her and said, does that look appetizing and then I told her I am not paying for it, so I left. She looked dazed and confused, rather than apologetic and to make it right.Don't hire bottom of the barrel people and this wouldn't happen.

They don’t pay attention to things like allergies. I have an allergy to dairy and they put cheese on my sandwich even though I asked for it to be made without and I had made it clear I have an allergy.
