Ordered from here a lot. Its gone to crap. Service is terrible. Waited 15 minutes with wife and 2 kids. One employee on the phone the other doing something in the back. If you care you should hold the phone and come take an order. Ridiculous. Too bad no more. Via .313 here i come

Pizza is decent, usually overdone. But I’m convinced they start your order once you show up. Every time I come here at the time I was told it would be ready, they say “another 10mins” which actually is another almost 20…. You also will never get an answer if you try to call in

Ordered online said it would be 15-20 min. Still 40 min later still waiting. . . 40 min for one pizza. Will not be returning to this Lakewood location. 2 people working scrambling around like chickens without heads. I get you get backed up but come on 40 min for a single pizza. Crazy.

Placed an order At 7:45 PM Saturday night, Food never showed up, Started calling the store about 10 PM an hour before they close, They never answered, At one point they had it going straight to a voicemail saying they were, That stopped, and then they just would not answer I called 15 times. We replaced the 200+ dollar order, Food never came, Never got an answer, Absolutely terrible experience.
