My new favorite Jet's location! After Uber Eats failed to send my order in, the Manager. Nick, went out of his way to remake my order in time to pick up before he locked up for the night. Saved my day and my faith in humanity. Thank you so much Nick, we will be returning! ?✨️
This is the worst place to work hahah! They treat there managers like such garbage not cooperate just this franchise it’s sad and pathetic to see how bad it’s going downhill. They can’t even send out a w2 to a correct address. I also know for a fact they scrape there dirty pans with dish towels. I’m not sure who taught them that! Tried calling the store the phones won’t even go through save your $$ overpriced garbage. Better off just going to Littleton or even wheatridge. ?

The very definition of institutional pizza. Bland, sticky, and nasty. If you're nostalgic for pizza like they served in your jail or high school cafeteria, this is a place for you. Make sure you add half an hour to your pickup time, they are slow as death. The lobby has all the charm of a prison waiting room.

I’m genuinely surprised this location hasn’t been shut down. Whoever is in charge of ordering the food to keep this place in business is incompetent. How can they be “out of deep dishes” for over a week. Now they are also out of ranch. Not only that the employees be grudgingly do their job. There’s always an issue at this location specifically. Every time I’ve came here was by accident.

Pizza was great as always, but the online ordering system is frustrating, to say the least. We try to use coupons and it never works. Fortunately, when we call in to order, they allow us to use the coupons.
Ordered a large NY Style pizza (half cheese, half pepperoni) & the pizza was very small for a large. typically, NY style is huge slices so it was disappointing. There was 4 slices of pepperoni and only 2 cheese— just wasn’t worth the $27 in my opinion.

It's a chain people!! Most chains are consistent enough to do two things...fill your tummy and not rape your wallet or purse strings. My opinion of their quality is that their marinara sauce is much better than most pizza chains like Pizza Hut, Dominio's or the place that advertises itself with "Pizza, Pizza!!! It's also a bit pricy for its quality. Although, the sauce, licked my fingers clean with the deliciousness. Glad I tried the place. That's how I'll leave this review. One tip, is use their coupon to lower your costs if you want to sample its pizza.

Customer service skills could use some training yourself. Last time tor me the pizza is too expensive to mess stuff up. No real accountability if they mess your order up you’re screwed. Plenty more options do yourself and your family a favor and take your dollars elsewhere where. I probably spend 5,000 a year on pizza lol and zero of those dollars will be spent here. If anyone else reading this doesn’t you can add a lil more to that total. You can have the money for the wrong order and I’ll take my 5,000 minus what I spent today else where. :)
