I live a 13 minute bike ride away and they won’t deliver to me.
French bread was hard, and cold, so it wasn't like it was toasted or something. My first time, and most likely last, having JJ so not sure if this is normal but I don't like hard bread. So I had to tear off the top of it to eat. Also why give the option for halved or quartered pickle if your just gonna send a whole pickle anyway. I mean not a big deal but just points out they don't pay attention to order details. Order was made fast though.

I'm a Jimmy John's fan and have been going here regularly for years, as it's the closest location to my house. I've always, without fail, found helpful and friendly employees, extremely quick service and great food here.

I got the turkey tom from here last week, got the large sub, and omg for $17 you would think it would have a good amount of meat, however this sandwich was so skimpy on the turkey. It was like eating a bread sandwich, I could barely taste the turkey. Worker was very friendly however next time I'll got to Jersey Mike's they put way more turkey in their sandwiches.

Who ever drives that blue Dodge van that is probably a late 90s early 2000 model needs to slow down in the parking lot. 10/17 @ 2:25 pm. Absolutely not called for.

Came in on 09/03, it was around lunch time and although I was pleased that it was not packed I overheard the short chubby dude with the beard working there be very mean to a lady that was trying to interview. He was very unprofessional and it absolutely DISGUSTED ME the way he spoke to her. “DONT HAVE TIME????” I was the last person to walk in- wasn’t packed at all. I come to this place often and Felt bad for them and was originally going to ask my son to apply. They always seem to be short staffed. Maybe that’s why because this big fella don’t know how to talk to people. Will probably just go to the one in Belmar atleast they are well staffed and seem to treat their staff with respect. I hope you’re not the manager of this establishment. If you can’t handle making a sandwich and interviewing someone who wants to work for you I don’t see a brighter future for you sir.

Placed an order and never received it, keep being told the refund will be posted in my account in 3-5 days and it never does. Happened to me twice.
Just got a delivery from Bain great energy the food was right and he was very fast. Thanks so much for the delivery give this guy a raise.

Recently had a sandwich delivered from this location. Have been ordering from here for many years with no complaints. Sandwich took almost an hour to receive and was awful. Warm dry bread and ingredients. Delivery guy was nice but looked like he was sorry for what I was about to receive. Sandwich was terrible. Buyer beware. Not a good location for Jimmy John’s.

Update
Went into the store so they can make it rite and all they could do was give me excuses and a void ticket as to why and when I'll receive my refund. Sounds like a scam. I'm waiting a couple more days for this supposed refund to show up. If I receive it I will post another update.

It’s been an hour and I still haven’t received my order. They say they are busy and I get that but maybe they need to hire more people. Having trouble hiring people? Pay more. My hour late sandwich cost over $20 so I know JJ can afford it.

UPDATE: I WAS CHARGED TODAY 7/11 THE AMOUNT THEY SAID THEY VOIDED/REFUNDED, ITS BEEN 3 AND A HALF DAYS. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING I WAS REFUNDED WHICH MY ACCOUNT DOES NOT REFLECT AT ALL!!! JUST A BUNCH OF LIARS AND THEIFS. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK, THIS IS JUST OBSURD. I wish I could give no stars. I made a Doordash order and was called by the employee that he would have to cancel it due to no driver and asked to reorder through uber. I asked for a refund instead. It's day 3 and no refund and I go to the store to speak to a manager only to receive a voided ticket not a ticket that says refund and have another associate make excuses vs taking accountability and having integrity to do the right thing I've been in customer service and have worked at plenty of fast food establishments to know that isn't protocol and is not right to treat customers the way he made me feel. I've ordered from this place plenty of times and never have I felt so disrespected and took advantage of. I work hard for my money. He could have at least made the situation right by making the food I didn't receive or giving me my full refund. If this is how you train your employees to treat people this way, you should be shut down. I will be back until I receive whats rightfully mine.

Customer service was bad very rude I asked for sandwich than girl give me attitude. I didn't say anything stay respectful than girl said to me must be nice. That's when I realized in 2024 no matter we're you go people in my generation Z act in titled to there own opinions treat people disrespectful.
