I'm a regular who would come here every day. I hadn't been in a couple of weeks. Apparently something happened and all their staff quit. Today it took them 20 minutes to make a chicken Caesar wrap with like 6 people standing around, only one other customer.
The previous crew would make my sandwich so fast they'd hand it to me before I was rung out.
When I left the wrap was really small which was concerning, like half the size. When I opened it there was no chicken. I went back and got a refund.
Clearly the person in charge doesn't take care of his employees. Won't be back đ

I went to Jimmy John's at 7:45 but the shift that works at that time their staff is really helpful and the sandwich that they made is the best in town

Asked for extra lettuce and tomato - needless to say I didnât get it. On top of the fact that the bottom of the sub was so hard I couldnât even eat it. Why would a restaurant serve this and give the excuse that thatâs all the bread they have? The irony of looking forward to something and getting a big disappointment!

This is my favorite Jimmy Johns location. Manager Kat is always super friendly and makes our sandwiches with love. You can tell she cares about this store and keeps it looking nice & clean.

how hard is it to read a receipt come on my sandwiches constantly get messed up
I came in after I got off work, within half an hour of their posted closing time. Sandwich was good but the guy working the register made comments to me about how they were trying to go home like I was an inconvenience. Felt really rude to me.

Usually I call this store when something is wrong with our order (which isnât often). This time however I received my normal order but in a wrap with a lovely âBRO WHAT IS THISâ written across it instead of just a â6â like normal.
Sorry I hate tomatoes and mayo, and I am already insanely aware of how obnoxious that is, BRO, but I still want some crunch and dressing like anyone else. Also these customizations are openly offered, so maybe recognize that as part of the job or find something better suited to your attitude.
Completely unnecessary commentary and then âforgotâ to add our entire combo to the bag.
Eating the cost because F it. Hope this individual has the week they deserve.
