I came in after I got off work, within half an hour of their posted closing time. Sandwich was good but the guy working the register made comments to me about how they were trying to go home like I was an inconvenience. Felt really rude to me.

Usually I call this store when something is wrong with our order (which isn’t often). This time however I received my normal order but in a wrap with a lovely “BRO WHAT IS THIS” written across it instead of just a “6” like normal.
Sorry I hate tomatoes and mayo, and I am already insanely aware of how obnoxious that is, BRO, but I still want some crunch and dressing like anyone else. Also these customizations are openly offered, so maybe recognize that as part of the job or find something better suited to your attitude.
Completely unnecessary commentary and then “forgot” to add our entire combo to the bag.
Eating the cost because F it. Hope this individual has the week they deserve.

Worst service ever ?? ordered a beachclub and it had no avocado went back for a second time and still received sandwich wrong spoke with manager (Mikey) he was very unprofessional and rude definitely not going back.

Why do they answer the phone “hello”? It’s like their personal phone? Then you say “hello”? THEN they say “jimmy johns”. Super weird . Bunch of kids who don’t care how they answer the phone or make the sandwiches. Let’s just give them money so the owner can go kill more elephants . This will be my last time for sure !
